OVERVIEW When you use ipay88 Recurring Payments, your customers can purchase automatically recurring subscriptions from you, either from your website or using a link in an email. Recurring Payments is a low-cost way for you to accept payment via credit card for subscriptions, recurring donations, maintenance fees or rental fees and it can be setup easily in few simple steps. Recurring Payments is only available in ipay88 MYR Gateway. What are the benefits? Easy to implement No integration involved You can sell more with more payment options Less pressure on your subscription or billing department Save operating cost Sell with ease ipay88 maintains detailed transaction records Real-time online reporting To check the transaction easily You can customize your own Subscription button Email notification You and your customer will receive email once the customer s credit card charged Notes: You re allowed to process these transactions, provided you re authorized by the shopper to do so. This authorization can be given by a signature or by clicking on an I ACCEPT button on a website after having read the conditions. You re responsible for clearly communicating to the shopper that the additional payments will be initiated from the shopper s card on a recurring basis. It s preferable that you notify the shopper by invoice prior to each payment.
LOGIN TO RECURRING PAYMENTS PAGE Go to ipay88 Online Report at http://www.mobile88.com/epayment/report and login with your merchant login name and password. Click RECURRING PAYMENT button on your left. Click CREATE RECURRING PAYMENT button to reach ipay88 Recurring Payment main page.
RECURRING PAYMENT VIA EMAIL Step 1: Create Recurring Payments via E-Mail Please complete the form as follow: Customer Name To enter your customer name Customer Email To enter your customer email Currency MYR By default is MYR (since it only available for ipay88 MYR Gateway) Amount The amount you wanted to bill your customer Number of Payments to be made* - How many time you want ipay88 to bill your customer (you can choose from 1 until 50). Frequency You can choose Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly or Yearly. Example: A. If you choose Number of Payments to be made is 12 and Frequency is monthly, ipay88 will bill your customer once a month up to 12 months. B. If you choose Number of Payments to be made is 10 and Frequency is half-yearly, ipay88 will bill your customer twice a year up to 5 years. First Payment Date The date of your first billing to your customer Product Description To describe the details your product / service that you are billing your customer thru this recurring payments
Click SUBMIT button and you will be redirected to the following page to show that recurring payment request has been sent to your customer via email. Click CREATE ANOTHER to create new recurring payment via email for another your customers or click MAIN MENU go back to Recurring Payment Main Page.
Step 2: Your Customer to check email Your customer will receive an email from ipay88 Recurring Payment as follow: If your customers agreed to proceed for recurring payment, they will click the link attached in the email.
Step 3: Recurring Payment Registration by Your Customer Your customers are required to complete the following online form They are advised to read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS before click I ACCEPT button.
Once your customers have registered recurring payment successfully, they will see the following page. Click PRINT STATEMENT button to print out the confirmation or click CLOSE to close the window.
RECURRING PAYMENTS VIA WEBSITE Step 1: Switch from Recurring Payments via Email to Recurring Payments via Website Click RECURRING PAYMENT LINK button to do the switch. (The default page is to create recurring payment via email)

Product Description To describe the details your product / service that you are billing your customer thru this recurring payments Click the GENERATE button after fill up all the columns. A link will be generated as follow.
Copy and paste the link in your website. You can create a nice button and make this button linked to the Recurring Payment link generated. For Example: Linked to first generated Recurring Payment link Linked to 2nd generated Recurring Payment link When your customers want to enroll the recurring payment, they will click the link, button or banner and will be redirected to ipay88 Recurring Payment form.
Step 3: Recurring Payment Registration by Your Customer Your customers are required to complete the following online form. The FIRST PAYMENT DATE is the date your customers want ipay88 to charge them for your products or services.
They are advised to read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS before click I ACCEPT button. Once your customers have registered recurring payment successfully, they will see the following page. Click PRINT STATEMENT button to print out the confirmation or click CLOSE to close the window.
Your customer also will receive the confirmation of recurring payment registration as follow:
ONLINE REPORT List of Subscribers When you login into ipay88 Recurring Payment main page, your subscribers of recurring payment will be published in the main page as follow: No. Status Description 1 Active Your customer has registered Recurring Payment successfully with credit card detail 2 Inactive Your customer has registered Recurring Payment successfully but without credit card detail 3 Terminated You have stopped billing your customer via recurring payment.
Transaction History of Subscribers To see the transaction history of particular subscriber, please Click VIEW button under P.History column.
MODIFY AND TERMINATE SUBSCRIBER Modify Subscriber If your customer request to change credit card information, please click VIEW button under DETAIL column. Click CHANGE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION at the bottom and ipay88 will send an email to your subscriber to request them to update their credit card info.
Your customers need to click UPDATE NOW button or copy and paste the given link in the Internet browser.
Your customers need to complete the following online form to modify their credit card details. Then, just click SUBMIT button to confirm the amendment made.
Terminate Subscriber If you want to stop billing your customer via recurring payment, please click VIEW button under DETAIL column. Then click TERMINATE button at the bottom to terminate the account or stop the billing.
