Lead Processing: RBT deveoped custom modue for high voume ead processing. The ead processing modue deveoped was high-performance, mutithreaded and configurabe for the eads coming into the system. The eads are checked for dupication against the existing database and for accuracy such as address, zip code and phone number, DNC etc. against the Meissa Data. Lead Aocation: RBT deveoped a custom modue which aowed the cient managers to modify the aocation rues on the fy such as aocating a certain percentage of eads to a contact center or ead aocation based on the time of the day. Customer Life Time Vaue and Retention: The cient has designed a set of rues for cacuating the customer ife time vaue to manage both high-vaue customers and customers that are prone to churn. RBT deveoped modues for cacuating the LTV based on the customer data such as demographics and payment patterns to identify high-vaue customers and customers prone to churn.
