3 The CSA has had a ong standing working partnership with NOCN and together we have coaborated on the deveopment of our portfoio of professiona quaifications incuding the recent accreditation of our Leve 5 Compiance Dipoma. Our most recent Dipoma examines the roe of the compiance officer, the impications of compiance risk for businesses and how the organisation can demonstrate its compiance contros to the reguators. Working on the deveopment of the Steefixing Apprenticeship with NOCN was a breath of fresh air. They understood how to work with us to use the expertise within the industry to create the quaification, chaenging the requirements and structuring the quaification to ensure we woud have a consistent deivery mode. This is simiar to the Endorsed Training Programme but it wi be ceary branded as an empoyer programme.
