I then worked as a junior Account Manager at IBM and in sales at HP; I was good at sales and decided my next step would be in recruitment. After an interview with the CEO, I was sold on the idea of working somewhere that met all the elements I was looking for, with the bonus opportunity of being able to make a lot of money.
