Global TAC Secure FTP Site Customer User Guide Introduction This guide is provided to assist you in using the GTAC Secure FTP site. This site resides in the Houston Remote Services Center (RSC), and is reserved for use with Honeywell Process Solutions internal and external customers, Global TAC and Technology. The primary use of the site is for the secure transfer of files for troubleshooting system Incidents, and to support other services provided by HPS. This site will eventually replace other FTP sites currently in use for this purpose. The host software running on this site is Cerberus FTP Server, Enterprise Edition v.7. This server is HIPAA Compliant and FIPS 140-2 Validated. It provides the necessary access controls to meet compliance regulations, ensures that data is not accessed by unauthorized users, and audits all commands and file access. More details on the software specifications may be found here: http://www.cerberusftp.com/products/features/ Access to the site Your Global TAC professional will provide you with access to the FTP site by assigning you an Account login and initial password. You may be instructed to change this password the first time you log in. Access to the site web client is available at https://tac-sftp-01.securenethou.net/. Access is also available by using an FTP client (see Page 6 for details). When your user account is created, a unique directory appears on the FTP server, which cannot be browsed by any other external user. Once changed, your password will not be known by any other account holder, and can only be changed by you or reset by a Honeywell support person with Admin credentials. You may use any modern Internet browser to access this site. However certain functions, such as dragand-drop uploading of files, are only supported by certain browsers. See the Directory View section of this document for more information. GTAC SFTP Customer User Guide Page 1 of 6 August 2014 Rev 3
