Global TAC Secure FTP Site Customer User Guide Introduction This guide is provided to assist you in using the GTAC Secure FTP site. This site resides in the Houston Remote Services Center (RSC), and is reserved for use with Honeywell Process Solutions internal and external customers, Global TAC and Technology. The primary use of the site is for the secure transfer of files for troubleshooting system Incidents, and to support other services provided by HPS. This site will eventually replace other FTP sites currently in use for this purpose. The host software running on this site is Cerberus FTP Server, Enterprise Edition v.7. This server is HIPAA Compliant and FIPS 140-2 Validated. It provides the necessary access controls to meet compliance regulations, ensures that data is not accessed by unauthorized users, and audits all commands and file access. More details on the software specifications may be found here: http://www.cerberusftp.com/products/features/ Access to the site Your Global TAC professional will provide you with access to the FTP site by assigning you an Account login and initial password. You may be instructed to change this password the first time you log in. Access to the site web client is available at https://tac-sftp-01.securenethou.net/. Access is also available by using an FTP client (see Page 6 for details). When your user account is created, a unique directory appears on the FTP server, which cannot be browsed by any other external user. Once changed, your password will not be known by any other account holder, and can only be changed by you or reset by a Honeywell support person with Admin credentials. You may use any modern Internet browser to access this site. However certain functions, such as dragand-drop uploading of files, are only supported by certain browsers. See the Directory View section of this document for more information. GTAC SFTP Customer User Guide Page 1 of 6 August 2014 Rev 3

Logging in to the Web Client When you first access the FTP site web client, you will see the following screen: Log into the FTP site using the Username and Password supplied by your GTAC professional. GTAC SFTP Customer User Guide Page 2 of 6 August 2014 Rev 3

Directory View You will see the following screen following login. In this directory you will be able to create folders, upload and download files, and perform other operations. GTAC SFTP Customer User Guide Page 3 of 6 August 2014 Rev 3

Directory Functions The following functions are available for use inside your assigned file directory. New Folder (button) Add Files (button) Drag and Drop Files Start upload (button) Cancel upload (button) Clear (button) Refresh (button) Check Check All (button) Delete (button) Rename (button) Zip (button) Unzip (button) Filter (window) Find (check box) Expand ( icon) Select (file or folder) Previous/Next (buttons) Show (pull down) Create new folders, to be used to contain files or other folders. Add one or more files to be uploaded to the root, or the selected folder in the directory, by browsing for the file(s) on your computer. Add files to be uploaded by dragging them from their current location on your computer, and dropping them into the space below the directory list. This function is only supported by the browsers listed in the lower right corner of the window. If you click the button next to the Add Files button, all files ready for uploading will be uploaded simultaneously. A Start upload button will also appear next to each file ready for uploading, allowing you to start the upload on each file individually. Cancels file uploads in progress. Clears the list of files added for uploading. Refreshes the whole directory view. Click a row to select one or more items in the directory, displayed by highlighting the row in blue. (But don t click the folder name or filename.) Selects all items listed in the current directory. Permanently deletes all items selected in the directory (after clicking Yes in a confirmation dialog) Allows the renaming of a selected file or folder in the directory. Copies selected files in the directory to a new.zip archive file Unzips a selected.zip archive and copies the contents into the directory. Filters the current folder view to show only those files which match the text typed into the Search window (case-insensitive) When checked, allows subdirectories to be searched when using the Filter function. Displays some properties for the file or folder, such as modification date; and if it is a file, provides a Download button. Opens the file or folder by launching the associated Windows application. Move to the previous or next page in the file directory. Show 10, 25, 50, 100 or 250 entries per page in the file directory. GTAC SFTP Customer User Guide Page 4 of 6 August 2014 Rev 3

Account View Clicking the top Account tab displays the following view: Account Functions Modifications to the User Name shown in the above display are not enabled for the external user. But you can change the rest of the data shown. You will also be asked to update Security Questions #1 and #2 when updating your account information for the first time. The Addresses function is associated with a public file sharing function that is not enabled, so it has no useful purpose here. You can change your user account password at any time. Simply select the Change Password button, enter the old password and choose a new one. GTAC SFTP Customer User Guide Page 5 of 6 August 2014 Rev 3

Share View and Functions As mentioned above, the public file sharing function has been disabled. So no useful information will show up in the display that is invoked by the Share tab. Logging out of the Web Client To log out of the FTP web client, select the Logout tab at the top right of the Directory view. FTP Client Access Your account directory can also be accessed from the Internet by any FTP Client that supports secure ftp protocols. Connect using host name sftp://tac-sftp-01.securenethou.net/, specify port 22, and use your assigned account login and password. Site Maintenance Once your system incidents are resolved and problem investigations are completed, we encourage you to delete the associated files and folders that were uploaded to the site. This will free up space for other users. Support This FTP site is supported by Global TAC and the Remote Services Center. For further questions on its use, or to report any errors or difficulties accessing the site, please contact your GTAC representative. GTAC SFTP Customer User Guide Page 6 of 6 August 2014 Rev 3
