Click Paths to Reports Performance Indicators Graphs & Tables These reports duplicate the reports in the bank but are attached to the Performance Indicators and can be accessed in a way that allows you to run them against any grade level, gender, NCLB group, school, teacher or class. You can do this by drilling into these sub groups using the Performance Indicator lozenge. 1. Click Account tab. 2. Click a specific Performance Indicator. 3. Choose the sub group you want to explore. 4. Locate the title of report you want on the right hand side of the screen under Reports. Application Development and Support 1
Graphs and Tables 1. CSAPA Content Proficiency These CSAPA reports are run against your current set of students by content. This report shows performance level by content in each of the content areas. If you mouse over the bar you will get the percent represented by that portion of the graph. If you click into a bar you will get a list of the students associated with that portion of the graph. (Remember you can only see students you touch instructionally.) 3. CSAPA Longitudinal by Content These longitudinal CSAPA reports are run against any student you have had over the years that took the assessment in your building. This report will give you overall proficiency level data for each content area over a number of years. If you click into a bar on a number in the table you will get a list of the students associated with that portion of the graph. (Remember you can only see students you touch instructionally.) Spreadsheets 1. CSAPA Data for All Contents These reports give individual student data by content. This report will show performance level and points attained for all contents. They run against current students. The system is limited to 10 columns and 4,000 rows so several reports have are broken into two parts. You can export the data to Excel or save the report to My Flagged and Saved Items. Application Development and Support 4

When this report is run against different grade levels, NCLB groups, teachers or classes within the Performance Dashboard it will reflect the specific data for that student set. When this report is run against different grade levels, NCLB groups, teachers or classes within the Performance Dashboard it will reflect the specific data for that student set. When this report is run against different grade levels, NCLB groups, teachers or classes within the Performance Dashboard it will reflect the specific data for that student set. These Enrollment reports are run against any student you have had in your building over the years. If you click into a number you will get a list of the students associated with that portion of the graph. (Remember you can only see students you touch instructionally and have permission to see.) At the school or student group level these longitudinal CSAP reports are run against any student you have had over the years that took the assessment in your building. At the teacher and class level these will run against your current students who have taken the assessment in your building for any given number of years. Spreadsheets 1. MAP Reading, Math and Language Usage Data These reports duplicate of MAP Spreadsheet 1, 2 and 3. They are designed to be run through the Performance Dashboard. These reports give individual student data at both the content and content level for Reading, Math and Language Usage. They run against current students. This report will show the RIT score and the proficiency level overall and for each content area. There is a report for MAP and Primary MAP. You will only see the reports specific to assessment. Grades 2 10 will have a report and Grades K 1 will have a P MAP (Primary MAP) report. The system is limited to 10 columns and 4,000 rows so several reports have are broken into two parts. 6. MAP Fall, Winter, Spring RIT and Performance Level Reading, Math, Language Usage These reports are duplicates of MAP Spreadsheet 6c. They are designed to be run through the Performance Dashboard. You will find 3 different reports for each assessment window (Reading, Math and Language Usage). Each one of these attaches to the respective Performance lozenge and are best accessed through those.
