SELECTION PROCESS Selection Process FRESNO STATE IS IMPACTED FOR FIRST-TIME TIME FRESHMAN FALL 2011 Applicants from the CSU Fresno-defined local area will be admitted based on CSU system wide eligibility criteria. SAT or ACT strongly recommended for all local students. Local Admission Area Fresno, Madera, Tulare, Kings Out of Area Students will be ranked ordered by eligibility index and admission offers will be made in descending order of eligibility until the freshman class is full. 3.0. SAT or ACT scores are required for all applicants from schools outside the local area and from local students with a GPA below a Test scores must be submitted by January 15, 2011. Athletes must meet regular admissions requirements and NCAA eligibility requirements
SELECTION Selection PROCESS process CONT. All freshman applicants must complete the required subject matter requirements with grades of C or better by the date of high school graduation. Course requirements may not be completed during the summer after high school graduation. Special Admits: Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP) CSU Fresno is also impacted in the Nursing program and in the Kinesiology-Athletic Training option.
