Our Services Office Agency The Office Agency renders services to owners and occupiers, holding a dominant position in the office market in Portugal. As the first multinational company acting in our country, since 1988, we benefit from a vast experience as well as a deep knowledge of the market, which in the past years has become increasingly demanding with regards to quality and professionalism. The scope of our work representing property owners comprehends the definition and positioning of the product, marketing and communication, negotiation, amongst others, up until the completion of the deal. We also act on behalf of occupiers with the international department Global Corporate Services or local tenant representation, in the identification, selection and negotiation of the best real estate solution. Since 1988, CBRE Office Agency has leased or sold a total of over 650,000 sq m of office area to final occupiers. Our Team FRANCISCO HORTA E COSTA/ MANAGING DIRECTOR Managing Director of CBRE Lisbon since October 2012. Degree in Economics from Universidade Lusíada, Lisbon. After a brief one year experience at Citibank, Francisco worked for a Spanish construction company (Agroman/Ferrovial) where he was responsible for the Treasury Department. Francisco then spent 10 years at CBRE Portugal where he started working as a property fund manager and where he headed the Investment Department for almost 7 years, having led and participated in several relevant transactions in the market, with both domestic and international investors. In September 2008 Francisco joined Norfin, a Portuguese fund manager with circa 1bn of assets under management, as International and Commercial Director, and Board Member of the company in Spain. Francisco re-joined CBRE in November 2009 as Senior Director, coordinating contacts with institutional investors in the various areas of business, namely Capital Markets, and is also a member of the European Cross Border Capital Markets Group. francisco.hortaecosta@cbre.com CBRE Página 13

Our Team ANDRÉ ALMADA/ SENIOR DIRECTOR André Vaz de Almada is the Senior Director in charge for the coordination of Office, Retail and Industrial & Logistics. He is also responsible for the Marketing and Public Relations and the international business units in Angola and Brasil. In his current role, undertakes the coordination of the real estate transactions and the commercial teams, as well as the strategy and marketing advisory to clients and promoters. André is responsible for the supervision of Global Corporate Services. In recent years he was involved in concluding transactions on behalf of major multinationals such as: Barclays Bank, Nokia Siemens Networks, General Electrics, Repsol, among other. andre.almada@cbre.com JOÃO PEREIRA/ SENIOR CONSULTANT João Pereira has a degree in International Relations by Universidade Lusíada of Lisbon. In 2001 he joined Jones Lang LaSalle Retail Management Department and was involved in the management of several Retail projects with different levels of responsibility, including Shopping Centre Director. In 2004, he was invited to join JLL Office Agency Department. In November 2007, he joined CB Richard Ellis Office Agency Department as Office Agency Senior Consultant and is currently responsible for the Global Corporate Clients and lease/sale transactions on behalf of Real Estate Funds and Promoters. About CBRE Historical Background and Activity CBRE was founded in the City of London in 1773. In the 1960 s, the firm experienced large-scale expansion, growing to become a worldwide influence in the areas of property investment and corporate advice. 1998 marked the merger with the American company CB Commercial, founded in 1906, in S. Francisco, forming a new company CBRE.
