Some of our recently completed projects Ofcom London Commencing in May 2011, Planned Action continue to undertake phased internal reconfiguration works for Ofcom, the independent regulator and competition authority for the UK communications industries, across 7 floors of their Central London HQ. Works include the creation of fully and part glazed meeting rooms, offices and business centre spaces, flooring finishes, soundproofing, manifestation and decoration. All works are carried out in an occupied building and completed outside of normal working hours. Montreal Associates London In April 2011 Planned Action completed the fit-out of the new office premises of Montreal Associates, a specialist technology recruitment agency. Works included a full design package, glazed & solid partitioning systems to create offices, meeting rooms, IT suite and staff break-out area, supply and installation of office furniture, air conditioning and power & Cat 5e data installations. In mid-november 2011 Planned Action successfully reconfigured the existing office layout to allow for an increase of Montreal s all-important call center from 28 to 40 desks. This work included space planning alterations to glazed and solid offices and meeting rooms as well as the supply and installation of 40 new workstations. Watson, Farley & Williams London Planned Action have completed numerous high-specification refurbishment projects for Watson, Farley & Williams LLP, a highly reputable international law firm, over the last decade across all floors of their Central London HQ. Most recently, Planned Action carried out the extensive refurbishment of the 3 rd Floor, which was completed in late July 2011. Works include full design packages, feature glazed partitioning systems, creation of reception areas, meeting rooms and boardroom facilities, open-plan secretarial areas, seminar and conference facilities, full M&E infrastructure, feature ceiling works and flooring finishes and the supply and installation of office furniture. Planned Action also provided project management for the complete fit-out of Watson, Farley & Williams new Paris HQ.
Some of our recently completed projects continued Leyton Orient FC - East London Planned Action completed the refurbishment of the Chairman s Club Suite at the Matchroom Stadium, home of Leyton Orient F.C, in August 2011. Works included a full design package, bespoke joinery, creation of bar and hospitality areas, featured glazed partitioning, plumbing works and the supply and installation of catering equipment and office furniture. Planned Action is proud to have a long association with Leyton Orient, and was also responsible for the fitting-out the West Stand when it was constructed in 2006. Martin McColl Brentwood In March 2011, Planned Action completed an internal refurbishment of part of the company headquarters of Martin McColl, the nationwide retail specialist. Works included space planning services, internal structural alterations, internal and external restoration works, major decoration work, flooring finishes and the supply and installation of office furniture. Precision Engineering Plastics - Enfield In January 2011, Planned Action completed the fit-out of a warehouse for PEP (Precision Engineering Plastics), who moved their entire factory operations to Enfield, North London. Works included a full design package, major structural alterations, complete M&E infrastructure, creation of offices, meeting rooms, staff canteen, WC s and factory operational areas as well as data, fire, security & CCTV systems.
