3 Profile Formed in 1995, Dawnvale Group now has established a reputation as Specialist manufacturers and contractors within the hospitality and leisure industry. From its Manchester base, the production facilities and divisional offices boast specialist teams who understand the importance of an all-encompassing contract service, including practical and operational aspects, to deliver bespoke products and fast track fit outs. As well as redefining front of house theatre kitchens over the past decade, Dawnvale s contracts include projects for The Mere Golf Resort & Spa, Hawksmoor Restaurants, TGI Fridays and Living Ventures. We have also created bars and bespoke furniture, club and restaurant fit outs for some of the UK s premier chefs and operators. A collective of specialist divisions and skilled production facilities, providing anything from bars, kitchens and contract furniture, through to full fit out and refurbishment to Hotels, Restaurants and Bars throughout the UK, working with some of the UK s leading architects, designers and operators. 02

4 About Us Dawnvale initially began life providing bespoke bar fabrication, commercial kitchens and catering equipment. The company has steadily progressed and developed divisions to offer non generic catalogue style products and services, proudly standing by its values and beliefs which had the vision and ambition to set them and their clients apart. Dawnvale has undertaken specialist works and provided bespoke furniture solutions for Michelin-starred restaurants, high street chains, bars, retailers, independent hotels, national and international hotel chains, clubs, casinos, residential / new build office and commercial developments. Irrespective of project scale, schemes are treated equally and benefit from a holistic and forward thinking approach. Our head office, production facilities and showrooms are based in Manchester. In addition we now have a central London showroom with our clients extending throughout the UK and Internationally. 03

5 The Group Our specialist divisions and projects teams can undertake all aspects of the manufacturing process, from design development and fabrication, through to supply and installation of a full venue fit out and offer state of the art in-house manufacturing facilities. This combined with our teams of joiners, metalworkers and skilled qualified trades allows us to provide bespoke solutions even within restricted time scales. 04

With in-house installation teams, qualified engineers and technicians, providing 24hr maintenance and service support throughout the UK, our after service support is a key part of the business. 7 Bar design & Fabrication Dawnvale Bars are acknowledged as one of the leading bespoke bar specialists in the industry, acting either as bar consultants, suppliers, installers or purely as fabricators. Manufactured and built in house allows us to keep a tight control over all aspects of the process. Our fabrication is of the highest quality and speciality, and because of the nature of the fabrication and expertise and the design we offer, we can make each bar bespoke to a client s exact requirements. Bar tops, fronts and back fittings can be produced in a variety of finishes and materials for both static and mobile bars, our various divisions offering materials from metal veneers, zinc and wood, through to Illuminated stone, solid surface and glass. We can provide fully curved and shaped bars which can incorporate lighting, electrics, plumbing, beer fonts, and refrigeration. Dawnvale have been associated with the world s leading brands of equipment for many years, all our bars are aesthetically and functionally designed for efficient operation. With our projects and installation teams on hand, we can also oversee the flooring and electrical & plumbing to compliment the full build if required. 11 Commercial Kitchens and Ventilation As one of the longest standing parts of the group, we are more than just a design and fabrication company. We design, create and build for front and back of house, with each project varying dramatically in size and complexity, ranging from equipment replacement or simple modifications, through to the complete design and installation of a new restaurant, bar or catering facility. 12 All fabrication is produced in our own workshops, with a variety of specialist finishes available in addition to bespoke refrigeration and appliances. With senior project managers who have firsthand experience in the kitchens, we can advise on kitchen plans, extraction and ducting, to ensure maxim efficiency is achieved from an operational and budgetary perspective. 11

15 Bespoke Manufacturing METAL FABRICATION Our manufacturing capabilities and specialist skills have led us to provide more diverse and specialist items including on site works throughout the UK. Our portfolio includes zinc bar tops, feature balustrades and glass racks, either mild steel powder coated or brushed/polished stainless steel, bespoke bars and retail displays. We work with a variety of materials including Zinc, Copper, Pewter, Brass and Steel, providing bespoke fabrication possibilities and specialist finishes, including powder coating. LIQUID METAL VENEER Our liquid metal veneer application allows substrates to be coated in real metal finishes, providing the look of solid metal but without the weight and without the expense. The process can be applied to most items, such as bars, doors, wall panels and interior fit out items, in a comprehensive range of metals including brass, copper, zinc, pewter, nickel, gold, aged and distressed and metal finishes. Dawnvale s hugely knowledgeable and multi-disciplined in-house production team have a superb track record in producing first-class results across a wide range of industries. 14

16 BESPOKE JOINERY Employing a core team of specialist trades and working closely with manufacturing partners, Dawnvale projects can provide bespoke joinery manufacturing services, custom built products and on-site joinery installations. This not only accelerates the speed of the installation by ensuring improved communication but provides a single point of responsibility. SOLID SURFACE Our solid surface team provides design, fabrication, thermoforming and installation, with the ability to handle the most intricate curved fabrications and bespoke applications, including CNC routing to incorporate illuminated features. Our Projects management team have years of industry experience and have superb working relationships with all of the major solid surface brands and suppliers including DuPont Corian, LG Hi Macs and Wilson Art. As official distributors of Krion, a new-generation solid surface developed by SYSTEMPOOL, part of the Porcelanosa Group, the new range allows further advances on manufacturing applications and is an ecological material, as it is 100% recyclable. 15
