editorial ECS Group is the global leader in GSSA services Over the past few years, ECS Group has continued to grow and to improve its performance to become one of the most prominent players in the GSSA market. The strength of our global network, the talent of our employees and our desire to innovate has enabled us to achieve a number of significant commercial and operational successes and pursue our development, despite the turmoil of the financial and economic crisis which has severely hit the airline industry. In 2011, for instance, we increased our presence on the Asian markets, in India in particular with the opening of four new offices in New Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Chennai, as well as in Vietnam with the inauguration of an office in Hanoi. This success was made possible thanks to the trust placed in us by our customers and the quality of our ties with them. On June 14, 2012, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of our partnership with Brussels Airlines, a perfect illustration of our commitment to building long-term value to our customers and supporting their own development. In 2012, we continued to expand the ECS network with the acquisition of two leading GSSA in Italy, and accelerated the consolidation of our organization by strengthening our business management. Our results have reflected the soundness of that approach, many contracts signed in 2011-2012. In 2013, our drive has been further bolstered by the arrival of a new majority shareholder, the Alpha investment fund, confirming and consolidating our strategy of targeted acquisitions combined with profitable and sustainable organic growth. Bertrand Schmoll : In 2012 we took over the Italian GSSA service providers ADP and ATC to position ourselves as the market leader in the country. That strategy, based on targeted acquisitions to make us the leading GSSA provider will continue, particularly in Asia and South America. ECS Group is the only GSSA that can offer an efficient, integrated service dedicated to airline cargo business. At the same time, we are giving our organization the means to grow by closely integrating the teams and by developing a high-quality local presence. For example, Sauro Martinelli, of the two Italian GSSAs has been appointed Senior Vice-President of the Business Development team of ECS Group. At the operational level, what strategy are you going to implement in order to make further progress? Adrien Thominet : Offering new services with high added value for the airlines we represent is our top priority. The idea is to upgrade from GSA to GSSA and to broaden our expertise to offer additional services that make all ECS Group is the only GSSA that can offer an efficient, integrated service dedicated to airline cargo business Bertrand Schmoll 4 ECS Group

The emphasis on people, and experience of local issues? Bertrand Schmoll : Absolutely! GSSA is a service business in which women and men are the key to success. We have always avoided layoff plans when times are hard, in order to maintain the skills and knowledge of our teams. We shall pursue that approach. ethical development Development Aid in Niger The ECS Group is developing its network in Africa and is building relationships with the country s different local and economic stakeholders. In 2012, the group invested in an airline company, Niger Air Cargo (NAC). A local team was created. In 2013, ECS undertook its first Development support action in Niger, Africa. Niger is the leading onion exporter in West Africa and its Violet de Galmi has conquered the main coastal cities. In partnership with the Galmi Agricultural Cooperative, ECS financed the purchase of 30 motorpumps designed to facilitate crop irrigation.helping export is the second step which we committed to during our visit to Niamey. The Fight against Cancer For the last 3 years, ECS Group has been providing financial support for the Guadeloupe and Martinique committees of the League against Cancer. By funding the design of calendars illustrating the work of the League against Cancer, we are helping cancer research, information, prevention and screening and well as providing assistance to patients and their families.
