Expansion of Telenor s CEE footprint One new member in the Telenor Group August 1, 2013: Globul officially consolidated in the Telenor Group. Germanos Bulgaria, operationally integrated with Globul and the leading telecom retailer in the Bulgaria, was included in the transaction. Globul Key facts Present in Bulgaria since 2001. 99.98 % population coverage. Headquarters located in Sofia. Q4 2012: Revenues of EUR 378 million and EBITDA of EUR 135 million (Globul/ Germanos Bulgaria). 4.5 million subscribers. 36 percent subscriber market share. A natural addition to Telenor s CEE footprint Telenor present in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) since the early 90 s. December 2013: TGS offers direct voice termination to Globul s 4.5 million subscribers.

Telenor Myanmar June 2013: Telenor Group acquired one of the two nationwide telecom licenses issued by the government of Myanmar. April 2014: Telenor Myanmar announced that the first-ever voice call was successfully carried out on the company s live core network in Myanmar. Q&A CEO Telenor Myanmar.
