Important updates for PEOL. As an introduction to the new PEOL school, an offer of 5 classes for the price of 4, plus the regular 11 lessons for the price of 10 are the only options displayed when paying for classes. The 5 lessons for 4 offer is available for a 1 month period. Please remember that when booking classes please check the date. No classes can be booked within a 24 hour period. Eg: If booking at 7pm on 16thFeb, the earliest class that can be booked is 7pm on 17 th Feb. When choosing a teacher, it is advisable to keep with the same teacher, if you find that teacher to be satisfactory. This will ensure that you, and your teacher, can plan a learning structure to your benefit. The PEOL system has 2 methods of use. The 1 st method is for booking and paying for classes at the same time. The 2 nd method is an alternative payment system, where you must also create an account, but you do not go through the credit buying process. Your payment is sent to Paradise English ( by other means), it will be processed, and your account will then be credited by the administrator. Once credits have been added to the system, you can book classes in a normal fashion. Credits will continue to be added in the same way. You must create an account in order for us to credit it. As an introduction, when you 1 st book classes with PEOL, there will be a minimum of 5 classes with the 1 st class being free. The 1 st class being the primer class. The teacher will do an assessment of the class requirements, including an English level assessment. Although an English level is entered by the student when creating their account, this still needs to be assessed by the teacher to determine the correct tuition level. Native & non-native teachers. PEOL operates with native English speaking teachers and non-native English speaking teachers. All of the non-native teachers also work in our classroom environments at our campus. Along with our native teachers, they also teach 1:1 and group classes. All are highly competent and, as with all our teachers, are constantly assessed to maintain a high level of teacher expertise.

PETC Paradise English terms & conditions The first move by a client towards booking classes with PARADISE ENGLISH ONLINE (PEOL) is to create an account. This account must include a valid e-mail address (which will be used as the students access ID to the booking schedule). PEOL will then send an email of confirmation. For bank transfer or alternate payment methods, an account must also be created. With this method, PEOL will credit the students account once payment is received. All online classes must be paid for in advance. Once the payment has been made, the students account will be credited with the number of credits purchased including any discounts, or other special conditions. This will be done immediately, and you will be able to see the credits. Once credited, you will receive an e-mail and can proceed to book classes. Cancellation of classes has to be given 12 hours before class is to commence, if notice is given after 12 hours, the class will be charged. Once dates are booked, they cannot be changed by the student. They can only be changed by the administrator. Prior notice must be given either by phone or e-mail. All classes have a 4 hour commencement notification sent via e-mail. No cancellation will be paid or refund given if the cancellation or change by PEOL is brought about by war or threat of war, strikes, disaster, terrorist activities, quarantine, technical problems, weather or any other event outside the control of PEOL. Due to electrical problems in the region, we occasionally experience power outages for short periods. In the event of this (rare) event, the class time will be taken into account. For a 25 min class, if up to 20 mines have already elapsed, then the student will receive 5 mins extra on their next class. If up to 10 mins has elapsed, then a full class will be re-scheduled. If no class can commence, then a new class will be re-scheduled. Alternative Methods of payment A. BANK TRANSFERS Please contact us directly for account information regarding Bank Transfers. B.
