In that case, it is registered in Belgium with an enterprise number, a legal form and a Belgian address. It is then regarded as a resident legal entity but the country ISO-code of the registered office abroad (Headquarters) must also be reported. These entities are characterized currently with one of the following legal form codes in the CBE. Caution: In the table published by the Crossroads Bank of Enterprises, the codes are characterized by an end date but are still used as legal forms of previously registered legal entities. Therefore they can also be used in the reporting to and the consultation of the CKO database and in the outputs.
