Services We work with our clientele to understand their issue and then bring decades of experience together in proposing a solution. Typically projects begin as a survey or inspection and are finished with a work scope, complete with bill of materials, as the deliverable. From there we can offer remediation including engineering, procurement, fabrication, and offshore installation. Facets of each solution include manning levels and trades, deployment schedule, methodology of execution, documentation, project controls, and expected deliverables. Inquest also utilizes in-house rope access and commercial diving when required.

Prior to co-founding Inquest, Mr. Sipperly held senior management positions within energy services businesses located in the United States, Australia, and Brazil. Cliff Kulhanek Managing Partner & Co-Founder Mr. Kulhanek brings industry and international management experience to the Inquest team. Prior to co-founding Inquest, Mr. Kulhanek held senior management positions geared toward international business development, service, and logistics. Johnny Johnson CFO Johnny Johnson has a successful track record of providing fiscal, strategic, and operational leadership at multinational corporations, as well as in Private Equity and LBO markets. His experience spans the Automotive, Oil and Gas, Food and Beverage and Electronics industries. Marc Blaquiere COO As an early pioneer in the North American rope access industry, Mr. Blaquiere has gained extensive experience in access solutions, safety management systems, and petrochemical inspection. His more recent international business management experience brings further value of business process development and implementation.
