It is determined, that in emulsion AOA depends both on k 7, and on the presence of hydrophilic groups in the structure of the inhibitor molecules. At oxidation of water-lipid system hydrazones showed very high effectiveness irrespective of the molecules structure. This indicates the role of the interface and the additional contribution to inhibition mechanism of the factors, not related to their antiradical activity (the interaction with hydroperoxides, chelation). Dietl scholarship organized by the Queen Jadwiga Foundation at the Jagiellonian University. Agreements on scientific cooperation between the Universities in Grodno, Bialystok, Kaunas and Krasnoyarsk have been concluded. By co-organizing a series of scientific conferences in Krasnoyarsk, Grodno, Irkutsk, Kharkov, a network for interstate exchange of scientific knowledge concerning healthy lifestyle have been built. By collecting data on the status of nutrition, diet, physical activity, and the knowledge concerning healthy lifestyle for more than 1000 students from four countries, health portraits of students from different countries were developed. By analyzing the collected data given the cultural, social, genetic and sex differences, we were able to elaborate an educational program aiming at promoting healthy lifestyle. Results were presented in joint publications: 2008-15, 2009-10, 2010 6. Number of chapters in monographs - 2, articles in magazines: Polish Journal of Environmental Studies, Przegląd Lekarski, Научные труды НИИ физической культуры и спорта, Rehabilitacja w Praktyce, Ginekologia w Praktyce, Żywienie Człowieka i Metobolizm, Hygeia Public Health, Problemy Higieny i Epidemiologii. ID no 05 Department of Physical Chemistry Institute of Physical Organic Chemistry NAS of Information about project and application presented on previous Forum Project presented on [x] Science and Technology Days Poland-East year: 2010 Title of Project Describe results of project presented on previous Forum The selective coatings by new type for solar collectors The main aim of the project is the development of the selective coating by new type using the sol gel method for the plane and vacuum solar collectors. The plants will be with a small scale specific cost and not great pay off period for energy effective solar energy using system. Solar collectors can be used both for the water heating and the district heating. Technical Description At using the gelious system with the effective solar collectors the solar energy becomes free cost, effective and safety for environment does not give the discharges of CO 2 into atmosphere. The research into thermal solar devices has yielded the concept of spectrally selective solar absorber materials which are proving to be useful in the construction of efficient solar collectors. It is proposed to develop the high selective coating for absorbing board with perspective of low cost solar collector production by domestic manufacture. We proposed by us the method of obtaining the high selective coating by sol gel method. This method is simple and convenient for obtaining of materials containing in the surface layer the functional groups. Using of this method gives the wide perspectives for development both the materials with given properties and also their surface. We are developing the spectral selective composite coatings from the carbon nanoparticles dispersed into dielectric matrix SiO 2, ZnO and NiO. Advantages: 1. application of indeficit and cheap materials for production of selective coating; 2. simple and cheap technology of coating coatication on copper absorbing collector board; 3. very simple buildup of the selective board in practically developed construction of solar collector; 4. development of low cost solar collectors by domestic manufacture in comparison with the foreign analogues. Disadvantages: 1. possible decrease of the work effectiveness for sensors in comparison with the foreign ones at the expense of refusal from the expensive materials and from the application of high cost selective coating; 2. demand for this commercial production in not still high in due to non acceptance of respective programs by government structures (in comparison, for example, with Poland and countries of the Baltic sea). Business Plan Description About 30 % of all energy using in is consumed for the buildings heating. Correctly constrained plane and vacuum solar collectors with coordinated between themselves system components can provide about 50 60% annual need in energy of building for heat water preparation and for central heating system. 38

General information about contact person Contact person Job Title/position Company/Institution Address Under successful development of the selective coating we will developed the own plane and vacuum solar collectors (the cost of the one panel accordingly to our calculations is decreased in 2 2,5 times). This will permitted to decrease the cost of the solar heat system in whole and to increase the possibility of its buying for a wide range of the consumers and in such a way to do the market entry. Expected Results It will be developed: the composition and structure of high selective coating of some variants; the technology of qualitative coatification of the selective coating on metallic substrate; the experimental models of solar collectors. During the selective coating development it will be carried out the control of properties and quality of obtained coatings. Based on the best optic and operational characteristics of the selective coating it will be constructed the pilot sample of the solar heat collector. Development of the collector construction already practically finished based on LSAU and STUU KPI. At successful performing the wok as to high selective coating development we can guarantee the high effectiveness and long term service of the solar collectors. Using into construction the developed by us selective coatings gives the possibility to decrease the cost of such systems and in such a way to decrease the payback period that leads to the call demand among consumers. We are seeking for collaboration with organisations which would like to participate in the process of application and submittion of projects in 7 FP. A brief description of the area of expertise: Sol gel synthesis under different conditions and obtaining the selective coatings. Investigations of coatings with the use of AFM and raster electronic microscope (REM), using the signal spectroscopy and nitrogen adsorption desorption isoterms. Determination of the most effective coatings using the lamp imitator of the solar irradiation. Setting up the selective coating production. Musiy Rostyslav, Ph.D. Ph. D (Chem. Institute of Technical Mechanics of Ukrainian National Academy of Science ID no 16 Information about project and application presented on previous Forum Project presented on Title of Project Describe results of project presented on previous Forum Title of Project Describe results of project presented on previous Forum Title of Project Describe results of project presented on previous Forum [x] ITMED year: 2008, 2009, 2010 [x] Science and Technology Days Poland-East year: 2007, 2008, 2009 Puncture electrographic instant diagnosis: a new way to assess the functional condition The RAMED EXPERT-06 therapeutic/diagnostic hardware/software system for puncture electrigraphic instant diagnosis features far wider capabilities in the accuracy and objectivity of the diagnosis in comparison with existing ones. It allows one to assess the functional condition of twenty organs and tissue systems at the same scale, to determine their resistance and to assess their compensatory ability. This is due not only to its radically new hardware including a computerassisted data acquisition and processing system, but also, to a far greater extent, to its exert system and our original MEDICAL-BIOLOGICAL MODEL of the human body. The interpretation of measurement data using this model allows one to assess the functional condition of all organs and tissue systems followed by drawing up the strategy and tactics of treatment. The dynamics of the treatment process is monitored by the puncture electrographic instant diagnosis system in real time though biological feedback channels. Bioresonance infomation puncrure therapy: a new noninvasive way to correct the functional condition The bioresonance information puncture therapy provides a reflexotherapeutic action on the human body and its organs and systems through a point and a zone action on biologically active points, skin projections of organs and majpr joints by low-intensity millimetric electromagnetic waves. The therapy is implemented using the RAMED EXPERT-09 apparatus. The Apparatus comprises twelve irradiators, their power source, irradiator serviceability control units and timers. The twelve irradiators can work together, in pairs or singly for the time set by the timers. Based on the puncture electrographic diagnosis made and on methodical recommendations, the doctor decides on the strategy and tactics of treatment and on the treatment regimen (the number and location of biologically active points, the duration of the action thereon, the number and sequence of treatment procedures). The structure and design of the apparatus allow one to act at a time on twelve biologically active points of four pair meridians and on four energy centers, including the centers of the postero- or anteromedian meridian. At the doctor s will, the electromagnetic radiation frequency can be modulated (subjected to a cyclic change) within the limits of 50 to 200 MHz as required by the pathology. Radically new medical technology for assessing and correcting the human functional condition Modern medicine uses diagnostic, preventive and therapeutic methods, procedures and means to measure the electrophysical parameters of the human body and promptly correct them. An efficient noninvasive action on the reactive structures and regulatory systems of the human body with the aim of triggering its adaptive function, self-regulation and regeneration eventually results in selfrecovery. These problems have been successfully solved using the proposed medical technology. 53

Having been input directly into the cellular structures of the morphofunctional systems involved, this information can trigger the production of antibodies by t6he immune system. A course of informational inoculations was carried out in a test group. The preparation «Grippe-Nosode-Injeel», which contains a homeopathically prepared agent of flu, was used as the standard. The informational inoculations were made every three days in the course of 12 days. Immunoassay revealed an increase in the antibody titer in the test group members blood on the average after 21 days from the start of the informational inoculation course. Electronic autonosode and a functional condition correction technique The human body is a source of weak electromagnetic oscillations. The difference in these spectra between the healthy and the ill is quite significant. Modern medical technologies based on advances in radio physics and semiconductor microwave electronics allow an energoinformational imprint of a disease to be made. In doing so, information-intensive media such as liquids, homeopathic groats or semiconductor crystals are used. This approach constitutes a technology of preparation of an electronic autonosode, which is ready for therapeutic use. Such an autonosode is prepared using a puncture electrographic instant diagnosis system, which allows one to rerpoduce in the most adequate manner the energoinformational condition of the patient under examination followed by transferring the information to an appropriate medium. Autonosodes based on transferred semiconductor crystals show the greatest capabilities. Using them, the electromagnetic spectrum of the signal that characterizes the pathology can be read and reproduced in the most adequate manner. In doing so, the authosode is fixed on the appropriate biologically active point for 24. hours. Then the information is rewritten to the autonosode and the cycle is repeated.
