Supervisory Board appointed for new term announced 30 June 2010 In fulfilment of provisions of 5 subpara. 1 point 22 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information is recognised as equivalent to information required under regulations of a non-member state (Journal of laws Dz.U ), Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. with registered seat in Warsaw announces that in connection with the expiry of the term of office of the Supervisory Board the Annual General Meeting of BOŚ S.A. on 30 June 2010 appointed the following persons members of the Supervisory Board for its 8 th term of office: 1. Józef Kozioł Higher education: economist, graduated from Main School of Planning and Statistics, SGPiS (now Warsaw School of Economics, SGH); PhD in Economic Science From the beginning of his career used to work in the banking business. In the 1960s and 1970s, served with Bank Rolny, subsequently re-established as Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej financing food processing, serving as Vice-President till , worked at the Institute of Finance. In , in government service in various positions, including Deputy Minister for Agriculture and Food Processing, Deputy Chairman of a Planning Commission to the Council of Ministers. Served as Vice-Premier, Minister for Environmental Protection and Natural Resources, Minister of State at the Chancellery of the President of Poland. In 1975, co-founded the Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej, and in 1991, was among the founders of Spółdzielczy Bank Rozwoju co-operative development bank, as Vice- President. Author of a concept to establish a National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Resource Management and Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A.; President of the Management Board of BOŚ S.A. for many years. Initiator of getting BOŚ S.A. listed on the GPW S.A. Warsaw stock exchange. Currently serves as Pro-Rector of a Higher School for Local Development in Żyrardów and lecturing professor there. Further he serves as: member and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Resource Management, member of the Chief Council of the BCC business association and the Programming Council of Aura monthly journal, from June 2008, member of BOŚ S.A.
