UK Dial-Out In addition to the Conference Bridge Charge there is an additional charge per Participant, per minute for dial-out from the conference if applicable. If the value of the phone-conference plus dial-out charges exceeds the 70 minimum charge then the price will revert to standard conference rates without incurring any additional cost for the taping service. b) Conference Support Features: Transcription requires recording set up. Translation requires recording set up and transcription. These are subject to a minimum of 15 minutes and will be subject to any additional telephone call or fax charges incurred. c) Web Conferencing facilities, the Customer can choose to use WebEx with Event Services: Additional a. For a Customer booking an Event Call with Web Conferencing that has no agreed BT Web conferencing price rate then the Web Conferencing rates with Event Services as shown need to be used b. For a Customer booking an Event Call with Web Conferencing that has an agreed BT Web Conferencing rate with BT Conferencing then this rate will be applied to the Web Conference a) Provided a booked phone conference is cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled start time, there is no cancellation charge. Phone conferences which are cancelled between 1 and 24 hours before the scheduled start time will incur a charge of 50% of the value the full booked value of the Conference (number of lines booked multiplied by the booked conference duration) plus relevant* chargeable Feature associated with the booking. Phone conferences that are cancelled less than 1 hour before the scheduled start time will incur a charge of the full booked value of the Conference (number of lines booked multiplied by the booked conference duration) plus relevant* chargeable Feature associated with the booking. *excludes Replay, Replay Plus, Transcription, Interpretation, Translation, Extra copies of recordings and Playback. b) All other booked phone conferences will be subject to a minimum charge: BT Managed Event (Also known as BT Premium Event and BT Plus calls) will carry a minimum charge of 40 per call, or 75% of the value of the booked call, whichever is the greater. BT Self-Managed (Also known as BT Express calls will carry a minimum charge of 25 per call, or 75% of the value of the booked call, whichever is the greater.
