10 OUR RATES Our packs do not include VAT. Each of our packs includes: - A 12-Month Agreement - Billing statements are calculated based on a 30-day billing cycle. You will be debited the first day of the month corresponding to the beginning of your Axiatel service. - A dedicated number activated in 10 minutes. Value Pack This pack costs 7.5+VAT You can send up to 100 pages/ month. You can receive an unlimited number of fax pages /month. Business Pack This pack costs VAT. You can receive an unlimited number of fax pages and send up to 300 outgoing fax pages /month. Unlimited Pack This pack costs 29.9+VAT. You can send up to 1000 fax pages / month and receive an unlimited number of pages. Reception Pack This pack costs 5.9 +VAT per month. You can receive an unlimited number of fax pages; sending faxes will be charged as extra. Countries included in our packages are: France, Andorra, Germany, Saudi Arabia (Riyadh only), Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, South Korea, Croatia, Denmark, Easter Island, Spain, Estonia, United States, Greece, Guadeloupe, Hong Kong, Hungary, Reunion Island, Virgin Islands (US), Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Martinique, Mexico (Mexico City only), Monaco, Norway, New Zealand, Panama, Netherlands, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Czech Republic, Romania, United Kingdom, Russia (Moscow and St Petersburg only), Singapore, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, the Vatican. An extra charge of 0.09 is applied for outgoing faxes exceeding the page-per-month quantity included in each pack. Incoming faxes, both domestic and international, are unlimited. 11 SIGN-UP PROCESS A click on Sign-Up will launch the 5 steps of your sign-up process. Step 1 : select a pack This step allows you to choose the pack that best fits your needs. Click on Next Step. Step 2: account Information This step allows you to enter your personal information for the account creation. The fields with a star are mandatory. If you are an Axialys existing customer, you can use the same address and password. Then, click on Next step. 12 Step 4: billing details This step deals with your billing information. The 30-day trial is available with no obligation to purchase.you can terminate your trial period anytime during those 30 days. At the end of it; your account will be fully active. Do not forget to indicate your promotional code delivered by your sales representative: it allows you to get a 5% special discount. If you are an existing customer, use the same address. Payment methods: Visa, American Express, MasterCard and PayPal. Click on Next step. Step 5: order summary This last step is a recap. Click on Next step to complete your registration. 13 PERSONAL ACCOUNT Once the registration is complete you must log in to use the fax to service. Please input your and password. Main menu dedicated to your personal account management Online interface For Private Individuals, unless there are different durations accepted by AXIALYS, Contractual Services and Documents are finalized for a 12 month duration which takes effect on the Order Summary s authentication by the Client, whatever the date of service implementation. At the end of this initial period, unless termination by the party or parties involved, the contract will be renewed on a month to month basis. For contract cancellation, the client must send notice of intent to discontinue service by registered mail with a reception confirmation no less than 10 days before the anniversary date of the order summary authentication. For Professionals, unless there are different durations accepted by AXIALYS, Contractual Services and Documents are finalized for a 12 month duration which takes effect on the Order Summary s authentication by the Client, whatever the date of service implementation. At the end of this initial period, unless termination by the party or parties involved, the contract will be renew successively every 12 months. 14 SEND A FAX In My fax area inside the navigation menu, click on Send a fax. In the Recipients area : - Indicate the recipient fax number and name. - Use to add a new recipient. - Use to delete a recipient. - Use to add a recipient to your contacts. - To add a recipient from your address book, click on Add. In the Documents area : - This area allows you to select and add a file. You can attach up to 9 files (3.5 Mb maximum per file) and up to 14 Mb in total per fax. Click on the add button to see the document on the list. - You can manage the position of your attachments by clicking on Up and Down. - To delete an attached file, click on delete. In the Cover page area : - The sender field indicates your login ( info). - Indicate the title of your message in the Subject area. - You can also change the Status of your fax. - Enter the message content. 15 RECEIVE A FAX In the MyFax area inside the navigation menu, click on Inbox. To see your faxes received during a certain period of time, indicate the period in the top-right field Display faxes from to... To display a fax, tick the corresponding box and use the Download or Preview (PDF) or Preview (TIF) links. To transfer a fax, tick the corresponding box and use the Transfer link. To delete a fax, tick the corresponding box and use the Delete link. With the Fax per page scrolling menu, you can choose the number of faxes you want to visualize (1, 10, 20, and 30). FAXES SENT In the MyFax area inside the navigation menu, click on Faxes Sent. To see your faxes sent during a certain period of time, indicate the period in the top-right field Display faxes from to... To visualize sent faxes from a specific recipient, go to the Sort by number field and indicate the recipient fax number, do not forget to insert the country code (i.e.: 44 XXXXXX). With the scrolling menu, you can only visualize faxes with the following status: success, all and failure. By ticking the box, you can Download, Transfer or Delete the corresponding fax. In the fax per page field, you can choose the number of visible faxes in the window (1, 10, 20, and 30). FAXES IN PROGRESS In the MyFax area inside the navigation menu, click on Faxes in Progress. 16 ADDRESS BOOK In the MyFax area inside the navigation menu, click on Manage my Address Book. To add a contact, indicate the below details : - Surname, - First name, - Company - Fax number Then, click on Add. To import a contact : - In the dedicated field, click on Browse and select the name of the contact you want to import to your address book. Then, click on OK. If you wish to Import your contacts from Outlook, please use the Help section. How to organise My contacts section? - To sort by column, click on Column. - To update a contact, click on Modify. - To delete a contact from your list, click on delete. - You can also empty your address book by clicking on the corresponding field. - With the View link, you can filter by sent and received faxes. 17 CURRENT USAGE In the MyFax area inside the navigation menu, click on Current Usage link to see your fax usage. You can visualize the number of pages : - Sent - Received CONFIGURE MY FAX In My fax area, inside the navigation menu, click on Configure my Fax. In Account Options: - Indicate the numbers of days you wish to store your faxes online. 365 days is the maximum. In Sending Options: - With the scrolling destination countries list, choose the destination countries. Management of users authorised to send faxes: - Authorised users appear on the screen. Click on Delete to delete them from the list. - To add other user, click on Add a person. Then the new user will appear on your authorised users list. Management of users authorised to receive faxes: - Authorised users will appear on this screen. Click on Delete to delete them. - To add other users to the list, use the Add an area and click to confirm. The new user will appear on the authorised users list. 18 HOW DOES IT WORK? In the MyFax area inside the navigation menu, click on How does it work? Any questions, issues or doubt, the help link is available on all pages to answer your questions. EDIT MY PROFILE In the MyFax area inside the navigation menu, click on Edit my Profile. In the Personal Information area, you can update your information. - Title. - Surname and first name Password. - Company. - Business activity sector. - Position - Landline phone, mobile phone. In the Payment Method Information area, you can update your data: - Card type. - Card number. - Expiration date. - CCV number or security code. All modifications can be confirmed with Save. BILLING HISTORY In the MyFax area inside the navigation menu, click on Billing history. To see your invoices, click on the preview link. 19 HOW TO SEND A FAX FROM YOUR ACCOUNT To send a fax from your personal account, just open your software (Outlook, Thunderbird, Mail Mac, Entourage etc...). - Click on New message. - In the To field, enter the fax number(s) followed (do not forget the country code). You can send to as many people as you like. You can enter as many recipients as you want. Do not forget to respect the following format: i.e @fax.axiatel.com (44 for United Kingdom as the country code followed by the fax number of your correspondent). - You can directly input your fax text into the body. This text will appear as your cover page. - As attachments you can add all the files you wish to send your recipients just click attach and send. You will receive a confirmation in your mailbox to confirm the send. HOW TO SEE YOUR FAXES FROM YOUR BOX Axiatel is using a standard file format to read documents on most computers. - Open your software (Outlook, Thunderbird, Mail Mac, Entourage ) - Open the file with the sender address : fax@axiatel.com - Open the attachment by double clicking on it or downloading it on your computer hard drive HOW TO ANSWER A RECEIVED FAX To answer a received fax, you have to use the Transfer or Forward button. - Click on Transfer or Forward - Enter the recipient fax number to whom you wish to answer. In the To field, enter the fax number of your recipient followed Remember to respect the following format for fax number (44 for United Kingdom and your correspondent fax number). This message will appear on the cover page. - Add in attachment files you wish to send by using the Add button. - Then, click on Send. You will receive an confirmation in your mailbox to confirm the sending. TO SEND A DOCUMENT WITHOUT A COVER PAGE To send a fax without a cover page: - Platform: In the subject line, you just need to put your text followed by *** (three stars).
