Personnel Administration module keeps all employee related information in one place: personal details, contract details, qualifications, job responsibilities, etc. The information stored in this module is used by all other modules, eliminating the need to enter data many times. By using this module it is easier to plan your recruitment process, starting from selecting the resumes to detailed analysis of the recruitment process. You have various options for data collection: - From the company's recruitment portal; - Directly from external recruitment portals, such as Bestjobs; - Operation of resumes in the application directly by data input operator. You are able to set multiple and complex selection criteria to cover the specific requirements of any job. 2
This module helps you manage the entire induction process of newly hired employees in the company. You can set the steps of the induction, the person responsible for each phase and the moment when the application notifies the person responsible. They will then confirm the completion of the phase by accessing a link. In the application you can also configure feedback questionnaires regarding the induction process and the employees can fill in the questionnaires directly in the Employee Portal. Performance Management module helps you keep track of your employees performance, skills and qualifications. You are able to flexibly define assessment surveys and carry out the process at different time intervals. The functionalities of this module can be combined with those of the employee portal. Using the employee portal, the employees can fill in self-assessments surveys online which will be automatically sent in the application. 3
This module helps you manage your workforce and organize employee time and attendance data more efficiently. According to your needs you can benefit from multiple options for collecting attendance data and you enjoy flexibility in defining the work shifts and schedules. 4
With the help of the Employee Portal you are be able to offer the employees direct access to information such as payslips, leaves, timekeeping and self-assessments. By efficiently using this functionality you not only reduce the number of persons involved in the personnel administration process but you also increase the employees` satisfaction with their workplace. By granting your employees unrestricted access to information you provide them with a sense of control and independence. With this module you do not need to worry about reporting anymore. Besides the standard reports, you are able to easily generate reports with any data entered in the application. You will not be caught by surprise by different events occurring within the organization, such as the expiry of documents or exceeding the deadline for submitting declarations. This module will allows you to set alarms before such things happen. This module helps you manage the generation and approval process of travel and expenses requests. Thus you can reduce the costs with paper printing and the time spent with preparing and sending documents for approval. You can also have a complete and transparent image of the process, you can generate all necessary reports and have access to the history of processes. 5
Changes of positions lead to the need of quickly rebuilding the organisation chart of the company. The flowcharts module meets this need by providing organizational charts in real time, as well as reports based on the functional relations between positions in a flowchart. These reports enable the company to manage different types of relations and establish the future collaboration areas between different positions. This feature enables you to analyze the training and career development needs of your employees by identifying skills and competences. Depending on the results, you are able to make career plans, occupy vacant jobs or key positions within the company or develop performers. 6
This module makes it easier for you to prepare and fill-in the exit interview questionnaires. Questionnaires can be assigned automatically upon employment or manually, whenever the case. To fill in, change and send the finalized questionnaires, the employees only need to access the Employee Portal, from where the questionnaires are sent via e-mail to a configurable list of addresses.
