Participants in the Acorn Emerging Leaders Programme follow a tailored, accelerated development plan that features two years of practical assignments across geographical locations, real business environments, and diverse disciplines like Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Strategy and Innovation, and Marketing. Unlike many employee training courses in the marketplace, the Acorn Emerging Leaders Programme does not end after a two-year period of business assignments; it offers extended development and dedicated mentoring to prepare participants for specific leadership roles in the new economies.
