The 2013 NCSFA State Fleet Manager s Workshop is a joint effort of NCSFA and the State of Utah, Division of Fleet Operations. Special thanks to Sam Lee and all of the employees in the Division of Fleet Operations for hosting this workshop in beautiful Salt Lake City, Utah. Travel to/from the Airport TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION Light Rail Service (Utah Transit Authority Green Line) is available from the Salt Lake City Airport to Downtown Salt Lake City. The light rail train stop is located at the south end of Terminal One. A train leaves the Airport for the city center every 15 minutes on weekdays. The Arena stop on the Green Line is closest to the Hyatt Place Hotel.

Taxi Service Taxi service booths are located outside of door #7 in Terminal One and door #11 in Terminal Two. The Hyatt Place Hotel is about 6 miles east of the Airport (12-15 minutes by taxi cab). Rental car service Car rental facilities are located on the ground floor of the short-term parking garage directly across from the terminal buildings at the Airport. Meeting Locations All workshop meetings will be held in the Auditorium of the State Office Building (350 North State Street, Salt Lake City Utah 84114). The State Office Building is immediately north of the Utah State Capitol. The Auditorium is on the 1 st floor but public entrance to the State Office Building is only available on the plaza level or 2 nd floor (look for the reflection pool on the plaza level in-between the Utah State Capitol and the State Office Building). Transportation to/from the Hyatt Place Hotel: Shuttle service will be available for all workshop attendees to/from the hotel and the conference meetings at the following times: Wednesday October 9 th o Shuttles will depart from the Hyatt Place Hotel every 15 minutes from 11:15 to noon. o Shuttles will leave the State Capitol every 15 minutes from 5:00 to 5:30 PM (workshop attendees who take the tour of the Utah State Capitol will have shuttle service back to the Hyatt Place Hotel following the tour). o Shuttle service from the Hyatt Place Hotel to the dinner venue will begin at 6:30 PM and will run every 15 minutes until 7:00 PM. Return shuttle service will also be available at the conclusion of the evening dinner.

Thursday October 10 th o Shuttle service to the State Capitol from the Hyatt Place Hotel will begin at 7:30 AM and will run every 15 minutes until 8:15 AM. o Shuttles will leave the State Capitol every 15 minutes from 5:00 to 5:30 PM (attendees who take the tour of the LDS Conference Center/Family History Library will have shuttle service back to the Hyatt Place Hotel following the tour). o Shuttle service to the dinner venue will begin at 6:30 PM and will run every 15 minutes until 7:00 PM. Return shuttle service will also be available at the conclusion of the evening dinner. Friday October 11 th o Shuttle service to the State Capitol from the Hyatt Place Hotel will begin at 7:30 AM and will run every 15 minutes until 8:15 AM. o Shuttle service back to the Hyatt Place Hotel will depart the State Capitol Every 15 minutes from 1:00 to 1:30 PM. NEW! Shuttle Service from Little America Hotel Shuttle pickup from Little America to the State Capitol at 8:00 AM and 8:15 AM on Thursday and Friday morning. Return shuttles to the hotel will be provided after workshop sessions, optional tours and immediately following the Wednesday night dinner. Thursday night s dinner is at the Little America Hotel.
