Lecturers and professionals Dr. Miguel Roig Director of the Area of Restorative Dentistry and Endodontics In a labour market that is so competitive, only good quality can prosper. That is why I think that studying dentistry at the UIC is a great investment. Dr. Federico Hernández-Alfaro Director of the Area of Oral Medical-Surgical Pathologies and Implantology I have been lucky enough to be able to surround myself with people who are better than me. This ensures that I am constantly challenged and motivated to improve.
Dr. José Nart Director of the Area of Periodontics From the first day onwards it has always been a pleasure to teach dentistry at the UIC. All of the lecturers share the objective of improving the quality of dentistry in our country, and teach based on scientific evidence in three different languages. Dr. Andreu Puigdollers Director of the Area of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics "The experience of teaching is a privilege when it is done with enthusiasm and you can feel an enthusiasm for learning. This is something that has helped me to deal with people and learn how to talk to them in the field of healthcare. Alex Esteban The UIC, a unique experience Studying at the UIC involves taking part in the UIC experience. This goes beyond the degree you're doing, it goes beyond the facilities and equipment. The cornerstones of university life at the UIC are built on the people who study, work and interact in the university facilities, creating links which establish a unique world. In the UIC we offer you conferences, university-business connections, theatre groups, literary competitions and an endless list of sports, cultural and social activities which create spaces for both reflection and leisure. All of these activities are necessary for learning, personal growth and creating social links which ensure that we make up a many-coloured community. The UIC experience is both enriching and dynamic.
