Add a New Employee 1. Go to the Administration menu. Under the Employee list, select Profile and Permissions. 2. Select the New Employee option button on the Select Employee Criteria page. 3. Click. The New Employee page displays. 4. Enter the employee s basic information, including contact information, role assignments, and administrative privileges. 5. Enter a User Code and PIN for the employee. This information must be communicated to the employee. 6. Select which electronic documents, individual accounts, and applications (such as ACH or wires) the employee can access. 7. Click Finish. Add Employee Account Access 1. Go to the Administration menu. Under the Employee list, select Accounts. The Select Corporate Employee Account Criteria page displays. 2. You can add access either by entering the User Code or the Employee Name in the associated text box, or by leaving this information blank and selecting the employee s name link from the User Name column on the Corporate Employee List page. 3. Click. The Corporate Employee Account List appears for the selected name. Note: The Account Number link provides access to the Inquire Corporate User Account page. If an Account Number link is selected, the add function is discontinued. 4. Select the Add check box associated with account(s) the employee needs to access. 5. Click. The New User Account Access page displays a check mark in the Status column, indicating the employee now has access to the account(s). 6. Click Done.
