What is GPS Tracking A vehicle tracking system combines the installation of an electronic device in a vehicle, or fleet of vehicles, with the GOTRACK purpose-designed computer software at least at one operational base to enable the owner or a third party to track the vehicle's location, collecting data in the process from the field and deliver it to the base of operation. Real Time GPS Tracking Systems Our vehicle tracking systems commonly use the latest GPS technology for locating the vehicle. Vehicle information can be viewed via the Internet using our browser based system. Urban public transit authorities are an increasingly common user of vehicle tracking systems, particularly in large cities. GPS Tracking for Fleet Users Vehicle tracking systems are commonly used by fleet operators for fleet management functions such as routing, dispatch, onboard information and security. Along with commercial fleet operators, urban transit agencies use the technology for a number of purposes, including monitoring schedule adherence of buses in service. Other applications include monitoring driving behaviour, such as an employer of an employee, or a parent with a teen driver. Vehicle tracking systems are also popular in consumer vehicles as a theft prevention and retrieval device. Police can simply follow the signal emitted by the tracking system and locate the stolen vehicle. When used as a security system, a Vehicle Tracking System may serve as either an addition to or replacement for a traditional Car alarm. Page 3
How Does GOTRACK Work The GOTRACK system users the state of the art GPS receiver that monitors microwave signals from the orbiting satellites. These signals contain the time of transmission and the position of the satellite. The receiver analyzes these signals by using the travel time of the signals and positions of the transmitting satellites to trilaterate its position. At least four signals are necessary for a good position lock using the GPS system. Using the GPRS network (and Iridium with GOTRACK My Fleet Global) location data is sent back to our system and routed via the internet to our browser based portal. Ensure correct installation Since the GPS signals are relatively weak, many forms of electromagnetic interference can disrupt one or more of the necessary microwave transmissions. In nature, solar flares and other magnetic events can disrupt the signals. Metal parts in automobiles, such as the frame plus the wires of a defroster, can combine to form a Faraday Cage that blocks out the signals. Our fully trained installation staff will install your GOTRACK system away from areas likely to cause a problem. Page 4

During the 1970s and early 1980s manufacturers started using electronic means to control engine functions and diagnose engine problems. This was primarily to meet EPA emission standards. Through the years on-board diagnostic systems have become more sophisticated. OBD-II, a new standard introduced in the mid-'90s, provides almost complete engine control and also monitors parts of the chassis, body and accessory devices, as well as the diagnostic control network of the car. he OBD II port's physical connector is called the Data Link Connector (DLC). When searching for your DLC, remember that a three foot sphere around the driver is pretty large, and the port may actually be on the passenger side. Page 5

Potentially hazardous food means food that has to be kept at certain temperatures to minimize the growth of any pathogenic micro-organisms that may be present in the food or to prevent the formation of toxins in the food. Ready to eat food means food that is ordinarily consumed in the same state as that in which is sold and does not include nuts in the shell and whole, raw fruits and vegetables that are intended for hulling, peeling or washing by the consumer. Full Reporting Temperature Monitoring: Monitoring Passenger Comfort Ensuring customer comfort in passenger vehicles is an important factor that needs to be taken into account. Ensuring the temperature is not too high that customers complain. With GOTRACK not only is a remote alert generated, a sample temperature is taken at regular intervals during every trip. A report can also be produced should a temperature exceed a set perameter, detailing precise date, time and location of any exceptions Benefits of GOTRACK Temperature Sensors Temperature Fail Alert Each separate sensor can have individual alert settings. This enables measurement and alerts of separate areas. The Temperature fail alert can be set to produce an alert either side of the permitted temperature. For example, if the permitted temperature was -16, an alert will raised if the temperature changes by 1 either side of the permitted temperature. Alerts can be set as high priority which will require an action confirmation from the user. This creates an audit trail of who signed off on the exceptions. Periodic Temperature Feature A sample of the temperature of each of the sensors can be remotely retrieved. As standard, this will be set to retrieve every 10 minutes during a trip. Other profiles are available. A report can generated which details time and date, vehicle location and temperature of each sensor. This is displayed in a graphic format as well as a report.. Page 14
