Degree from a recgonized university. 2. Post-graduate Diploma in Journalism/Public Relations. 1. Experience in Public Relations /Publications/Printing/Publishing 2. Exposure to working on personal computer 25 years. 34 Counselor Should hold a Post-graduate e.g. MA in Psychology, Master in Social Works, Masters in Human Resources Development (M.Sc) and should have a positive attitude and aptitude for counseling. Qualifield PLHAs with required degrees and qualifications should be given preference. 35 Record Keeper Graduate and computer literate. 36 Driver Essential: i) Possession of a valid driving licence for driving heavy vehicles. ii) Knowledge of motor mechanism (The candidate should be able to remove minor defects in vehicles). iii) Experience of driving motor vehicles (including heavy vehicles) for at least 3 years. i) Passed in the 8th standard ii) 3 years service as Home Guard/Civil volunteer. 37 Lab.
