2 Eligibility Criteria: Integrated Ph. D Programme A candidate shall be eligible to appear in admission test to Integrated M. Phil. + Ph.D. Programme in Physical Education must have passed the master s degree examination in physical education & spts sciences with at least 55% marks (SC/ST 50%) equivalent grade at the first trial in Swarnim Gujarat Spts University an examination of any other University recognized as equivalent thereto. B. P. Ed. (CBCS 4 Sem.) As per NCTE Nms A candidate shall be eligible to appear in admission test: Bachel s degree in any discipline with 50% marks and having at least participation in the Inter-College/ Inter Zonal/District/School competition in spts and games as ganized by the AIU/IOA/SGFI/Government of India/Govt. of Gujarat. Bachel s degree of Physical Education with 45% marks. Bachel s degree in any discipline with 45% marks and studied Physical Education as compulsy / elective subject. Bachel s degree with 45% marks and having participated in National/ Inter- University competition in spts and games as recognized by respective federations/aiu/ioa/sgfi/govt. of India /Govt. of Gujarat. Graduation with 45% marks and at least three year of teaching experience (f deputed in service candidates i.e. trained Physical Education Teachers/Coaches) The reservation of seats and / relaxation in qualifying marks f SC/ST/OBC and other categies shall be as per the rule of Government of Gujarat. 2

Subject to new notification of UGC The student who passed in the Higher Secondary Examination with any discipline conducted by the Government of Gujarat; an examination accepted as equivalent thereto by the Board of Governs / MHRD, India, subject to such conditions as may be prescribed there f. Admission shall be made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance test (written test, spts proficiency test, physical fitness test & marks obtained in the qualifying examination) any other selection process as per the policy of University with due weight f physical fitness test.
