In order to ensure to that the work of the Institute does not suffer in such an eventuality and the Institute does not lose this post through Deemed abolition, it is recommended that the line of promotion to the post of Section Officer may be opened to Hostel Manager and Assistant also possessing certain years of regular service. Hence amendment proposed. 4

Secondly there is no post of Assistant Librarian at present, hence deleted. 6
