Other Details: The crucial date f determination of age will be the last date f receipt of applications as on Graduation degrees should be obtained in Govt approved (10+2+3) pattern equivalent from a recognized Board /University as per UGC Regulations. Allowances as per Central Government Rules are admissible on the above pay band. Application fms may be downloaded from the websites and duly filled in fms in all aspects and signed by the applicant should be sent to the Office of The Direct, National Institute f Research in Tuberculosis, No.1, May Sathiyamothy Road, Chetpet, Chennai on befe the closing date along with copies of the certificates in suppt of date of birth (SSLC certificate), educational qualification (SSLC/HSc/degree/diploma/certificate), proof f all mentioned in application etc and a Demand Draft (DD) f Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) towards application fee (non refundable) in fav of The Direct, National Institute f Research in Tuberculosis, Chennai. SC/ST and Physically Handicapped candidates (PH) and women candidates are exempted from the payment of application fee. ICMR employees are not exempted from the payment of Application fees, and fees should be enclosed as stated above. The candidates applying f me than one post should send separate application fms along with requisite certificates and a separate DD f each post. Applications sent by fax/ etc will not be accepted. Late entries /Unsigned/ incomplete applications applications not accompanied with Demand Draft & not accompanied with copies of suppting documents f proof of age (SSLC/HSC certificate), educational qualifications and are liable to be rejected without any intimation. NOTE: Selection shall be by competitive test & interview. Since it is not possible to call all the eligible candidates f the interview/personal discussion, the applicants may be sht-listed f this purpose. The decision of the Direct, NIRT will be final in this regard. Any canvassing by on behalf of the candidates to bring political other outside influence with regard to selection / recruitment shall be treated as disqualification.
