Special Requirements on Soft FM Services Sustainability OAMC introducing Sustainability strategies onto contracts for all services. Therefore, future service providers should be prepared take on the following responsibilities: - Cleaning, Pest and Landscape Service Providers expected to: - Use Resources ( water and energy ) efficiently by introducing innovative approaches - Minimize emissions of gases or fumes to environment - Use of Integrated Pest Management Programme to minimize chemical use - Use and disposal of pesticides shall be in accordance to manufacturer s instruction or local authorities requirements - Waste Management Service Providers expected to: - Source for viable recycling merchants for processing of collected recyclables - Carry out waste audit and identify possible opportunities to reduce waste generation

Special Requirements on Soft FM Services CMMS OAMC will be using an integrative platform, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), to provide the following support: - Work Management e.g. Issue Work Orders, Track Downtime and Response Time - Track Complaints and Service Faults Reported The CMMS will be integrated and accessible from handheld devices to increase mobility of Contractor s supervisors/managers.

Scope of Works (Cleaning Management ) Generally, Contractor shall be prepared to: - Provide all necessary equipment, tools, consumables, and manpower for the successful completion of all works. - Upkeep appearance of finishes according to best practices and OMM if any - Ensure cleanliness of washrooms and key general areas (i.e. check in halls, arrival halls, forecourts) at all times, especially during peak periods. - Ensure that the airport environment is pleasant and clean at all times - Works Order basis: Clean PTB façade using access equipment & BMUs, Carpet Shampooing, Floor polishing - Transport waste from airport to waste collection points in a clean and hygienic manner. Clean waste collection points on a regular basis.

Scope of Works (Waste Management) 1) Provide all the necessary equipment, tools and manpower to perform the required services. Waste bins will be provided by OAMC. 2) Pick up waste from the various waste collection points on a daily basis, and transport them to the waste disposal facility. 3) Maintain cleanliness of the waste disposal facility and compactors 4) Segregate waste to pick out recyclables (i.e. paper, plastic metals) and record the weight of recyclables collected 5) Engage suitable recycling merchants for the processing of recyclables 6) Regular removal of hazardous waste (flammable, bio-hazardous etc.) from airport to the proper treatment plant/ disposal facility 7) Respond to any service lapse within 30 min. (i.e. poor housekeeping after collection of waste etc.)
