Company & Program Overview Covanta (CVA) is a global $1.7 billion Energy from Waste (EfW) company with operations in the US, China and Europe. 45 EfW power plants daily process 52,000 tons of waste generating 1,400 Megawatts of power and recycling over 13,000 tons of metal. CVA used Maximo 6.2.2 for Inventory and Maintenance with PeopleSoft 9.1 and 8.52 tools for finance and procurement. CVA launched IMPACT to replace Maximo via a 3 pilot site Phase I in 2013 followed by a 35 site Phase II in 2014 and a 7 site Phase III in 2015. Concurrently during Phase II Covanta launched a program to upgrade all 14 module platform to PeopleSoft 9.2 and 8.54 Tools. 28
