years of great service... In 1987, Gary Case and Tim Huff embarked on a new venture, managing commercial real estate in the greater Phoenix area. Twenty five years later, after winning two international TOBY awards, Case, Huff & Associates employs a team of hardworking professionals, with properties managed across the state of Arizona and a beautiful office in north Scottsdale. This is truly an occasion worth celebrating... Mr. Gary Case has been involved in commercial real estate since 1984. He has extensive background in commercial real estate development, property management, receiverships, commercial leasing, brokerage, and construction management, as well as tenant improvement management. Mr. Case was a Project Manager for Alma School Corporate Center, a three-building 162,000 sq. ft. Class A office complex in Mesa, Arizona and Palm Court Centre, a 28,000 sq. ft. retail center in Chandler, Arizona. As Project Manager, he was responsible for the planning, construction, leasing, and tenant improvements of both properties. Since 1987, when Case, Huff & Associates was founded, Mr. Case has managed a number of commercial properties. As a principal of Case, Huff & Associates, Mr. Case continues direct property management responsibilities for properties with both in-state and out-ofstate owners, in addition to his leasing and brokerage responsibilities. Mr. Case holds a degree in Business Administration from Ottawa University and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Arizona. Mr. Tim Huff has been involved in commercial real estate since 1983 when he became the Vice President of Development for Cavan Associates, a Phoenix-based real estate development company. His responsibilities included the development of over $200 million in real estate in Arizona, California and New Mexico. This experience included land acquisition, planning, design, construction, leasing, tenant improvement build-out, and property management. Since co-founding the firm in 1987 with Mr. Case, Mr. Huff has also been appointed in over 100 legal actions involving more than 150 properties or estates where he has been either the Receiver, Property Manager, Debtor-In-Possession or an Expert Witness. Mr. Huff has also served as an expert witness in the Superior Court of the State of Arizona and the Federal Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Huff s experience in property management and receivership work includes commercial office buildings, retail centers, industrial buildings, medical offices, apartments/condominiums, mobile home communities, automotive centers, a golf course, horse ranch, residential sub-divisions, and other general business operations. Mr. Huff currently has asset management responsibilities for a number of properties for in-state and out-of-state owners and financial institutions, as well as consulting, leasing and brokerage responsibilities.
