Center City Counseling Clinic (CCCPC) 417-895-5957 SATOP: The Substance Abuse Traffic Offender Program (SATOP) is a statewide network of comprehensive, accessible, community-based education and treatment options for consumers arrested in Missouri for alcohol- and drugrelated driving offenses. This network includes an assessment screening process and referral to various SATOP education and treatment programs. These programs are regulated by the state and likewise the fees are set by the state and thus subject to change. Listed below are the steps and the programs of SATOP (note: financial assistance may be available): Step 1 Screening Every individual who is assigned SATOP must have a screening/assessment. CIP (Clinical Intervention Program) This program is typically meant for persistent high-risk offenders and is an outpatient treatment program involving 50 hours of intensive education and counseling. Cost is $1,051.91(financial assistance may be available) minimum fee is $250.
