CCCPC (Center City Counseling Clinic) Counseling for individuals, couples, families and children performed by graduate students under the guidance of a Psychologist- sliding scale fees. Center City Counseling Clinic (CCCPC) 417-895-5957 SATOP: The Substance Abuse Traffic Offender Program (SATOP) is a statewide network of comprehensive, accessible, community-based education and treatment options for consumers arrested in Missouri for alcohol- and drugrelated driving offenses. This network includes an assessment screening process and referral to various SATOP education and treatment programs. These programs are regulated by the state and likewise the fees are set by the state and thus subject to change. Listed below are the steps and the programs of SATOP (note: financial assistance may be available): Step 1 Screening Every individual who is assigned SATOP must have a screening/assessment. Fee $375 Based upon the screening/assessment individuals may be assigned to the following (fees vary and financial assistance may be available): Step 2 Education/Services OEP (Offender Education Program) A 10-hour education program, typically meant for first time offenders. Fee $130 ADEP (Adolescent Diversion Education Program) A 10-hour education program, typically meant for first time offenders under the age of 21. Fee $130 Page 12 Page 5

SATOP continued: WIP (Weekend Intervention Program) A 48-hour continuous program typically meant for repeat offenders or high-risk offenders. Cost is $440.52 (financial assistance may be available) minimum fee is $250. CIP (Clinical Intervention Program) This program is typically meant for persistent high-risk offenders and is an outpatient treatment program involving 50 hours of intensive education and counseling. Cost is $1,051.91(financial assistance may be available) minimum fee is $250. Minimum fee $250. Accredited Traffic Offender 417-485-4700 Heartland Center for Behavioral Change 417-866-3293 Level IV-Treatment : Additional advanced intervention programs are available for offenders who present symptoms characteristic of alcoholism and drug dependency. Organization certified by the Department of Mental health, Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse may provide this service. Interlock Systems: Missouri requires drivers with more than one alcohol offense to have an Ignition Interlock Device (IID) installed on any vehicle they operate. Two group sessions each week for 12 weeks. Fee $30 per week.. Community Service/Probation: Community Service Court ordered community service. Supervision is provided for all areas of Missouri and the United States. Fees vary based on number of hours assigned.
