The organizers of the Association Il Viandante di Venezia -Arci have the obligation to communicate to its members-participants any increase of the price of the scheduled tours, at the latest, 20 days before the starting date of the course. A maximum of 10% increase beyond of the original price has to be considered licit and without right of withdrawal and reimbursement, provided that it is closely related to the facilities expenses (costs of transports rentals, drivers, fuel - professional guides, accommodations, food and beverages, etc.) of the tour. In case that one of the above mentioned conditions is not respected, the participant has the right of withdrawal and full reimbursement.
