Our English and German speaking Sommelier introduces four different important red and white wines, explaining their characteristics, how they are produced, their best combinations with many courses; his presence is actually interesting but discrete (he spends the most time of the tasting with Guests that are more interested in ). 6 Some ideas for..free-time activities IN/OUT Villa Luppis: 1. Visit of a winery with wine-tasting 21,60 / 28,80 per person We suggest you to try the wine-tasting experience in an old winery, only 15 minutes far from our House. The winery is situated in a typical Venetian Villa where Guests can taste 3 / 4 different types of wine and a dish with traditional Salami, Soppressa and cheese, Example After the wine tasting we can organize a lunch in their Trattoria with a typical menu. (beverages not included ) 39,60 per person 2. The Cooking school Our Chef will be glad to take care of cooking school in a special equipped kitchen in our House. The cooking program foresees demonstration and "hands on", including the explanation of recipes and cooking procedures in the respect of Mediterranean diet. The program of the Cooking school can take one or more days and consists of Cultural and Classes where you can practice what you learn (each one taking two hours ). It includes theory and manual preparation of dishes, also by the participants, for a refined menu suitable for a special occasion.
