The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Outside Production Company, Services & Policies Presentation Services manages and over sees all Audio Visual vendors, decorators, exhibitors, and Production companies providing services within The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. In an effort to ensure that our liability needs are protected and that quality standards are maintained, Presentation Services over sees the proper operation and car e of our facility. We have established the following as conditions that must be substantiated and received prior to your event at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. All Production companies must provide to PSAV a detailed Schedule of Events, 21 days prior to the load-in of the event. This document shall include accurate dates and times of the show load in and load out, rehearsal schedule, fire watch schedule, show schedule, and electrical install and removal times. Any Production company using theatrical smoke, pyrotechnics or lasers, must notify the group s Catering/Conference Services Manager and PSAV, 21 days in advance in order to make proper arrangements with Hotel Security and the local Fir e Mar shall. Contact your group s Cater in g/conference Services Manager for details. For events that require rigging services a Schedule Rigging Services for m must be submitted on line along with a scaled rigging plot 21 days prior to load-in. Please visit http://riggingadvance.psav.com/ to begin the process. A charge of $250 per event will be assessed for a comprehensive safety review by our Rigging Super visor. This review will verify point load calculations, staffing needs, equipment needs, an d CAD support to provide feedback on the initial r igging plot. Additional CAD assistance is available if needed and can be provided for an additional charge. Events scheduled with less than 21 days notice will in cur additional charges that include rigging labor billed at double-time labor rates and the CAD review charge being billed at $350 per event. Rigging plots must contain all flown equipment in addition to a reflective ceiling plan with hang points. All drawings must be received via email in a.dwg or.dxf format. PSAV s contract(s) must be signed and returned to PSAV 21 days prior to show load-in. Contracts signed and returned less than 21 days will be revised with rack rate electrical pricing and double-time on labor rates. A Technical Super visor will be assigned during the load in, set-up, tear down an d load out of your show. The base r ate is $85.00/hr. 4-h our min. and over time ($127.50) billed after 8 hours with double-time ($170.00) billed after the 12 th hour. The following rates are based on the load-in /loadout occurring between the hour s of 7am-4:59pm Mon day- Friday. Over time rates will apply between the hours of 5pm-11:59pm Mon day-friday and 7am- 7:00am and after 5:00pm-7:00am on Saturdays an d Sun days, including all holidays. This position s main responsibility is strictly as an observer to maintain hotel standards in addition to providing you with quick access for your last minute production needs. The TS will also do a walk-thru of the facility along with a Production Company s representative and note any damage that is in the room prior to the Production Company loading in. At the conclusion of the load out the TS will do a follow-up walk-thru and note any additional damage (if any) to the facility. The Production Company will be billed for all damages to the facility. PSAV will bill all actual hours worked past the 4-hour minimum. - 1 -

Electrical Services is an Exclusive Service of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. All Electrical distribution services must be connected by Presentation Services; feeder cable is available for rental upon request. The base rate for an electrician is $100.00/hr. 4-h our min. and over time ($150.00) billed after 8 hours with double-time ($200.00) billed after the 12 th hour. Regular Time rates are based on the load-in /load-out occurring between the hours of 7am-4:59pm Monday- Friday. Over time rates will apply between the hours of 5pm-11:59pm Mon day-friday and 7am- 7:00am and after 5:00pm-7:00am on Saturdays an d Sun days, including all holidays. PSAV will bill all actual hours worked past the 4-hour minimum. Rigging is an Exclusive Service of the Hotel. A minimum of Two riggers, one high and on e ground, are required for both load in and load out of all equipment that is to be h un g in or attached to the ceiling. The base rate is $105.00/hr. 4-h our min. an d over time ($157.50) billed after 8 h our s with double-time ($210.00) billed after the 12 th hour. The following rates are based on the loadin /load-out occurring between the hours of 7am-5pm Mon day-friday. Over time rates will apply between the hours of 5pm-11:59pm Mon day-friday and 7am-4:59pm on Saturday and Sundays. Double-time rates will apply between the hours of 12:00am-7:00am and after 5:00pm-7:00am on Saturdays and Sundays, including all holidays. PSAV will bill all actual hours worked past the 4- hour minimum. All Production Companies must provide non-wearing clamp truss protectors when attaching gear to PSAV truss. The Production Company will be billed for any new damages caused to PSAV truss. All rigging equipment (i.e. truss, chain motors, span sets, shackles, steel, deck chain etc.) will be supplied by PSAV. The rental rate for a ½ ton chain motor is $130 per unit and a 1 ton motor is $250 per unit using the following schedule: One day rental will be billed at a one day rate Two, three and four days will be billed at a two day rate Five, six and seven days will be billed at a three day rate The rental rate does not include required motor control, motor cabling, rigging point, power distribution and all necessary rigging equipment. All truss including ground supported truss must be supplied and quoted, consult your PSAV representative to review your specific requirements. The Hotel maintains a strict policy for using pyrotechnics or fog machines within the convention area. Fog machines must be water based. No oil based fog machines are allowed in the Convention Center. The hotel requires that a PSAV representative be stationed in the room during rehearsals and all performances. During the use of said fog machines the base r ate is $85.00/hr. 4-h our min. and over time ($127.50) billed after 8 hours with double-time ($170.00) billed after the 12 th hour. The following rates are based on the event occurring between the h ours of 7am-5pm Monday- Friday. Over time rates will apply between the hours of 5pm-11:59pm Monday-Friday and 7am- 7:00am and after 5:00pm-7:00am on Saturdays an d Sundays, including all holidays. The Hotel Convention Services Manager must to be notified a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the first rehearsal. PSAV will bill all actual hours worked past the 4-hour minimum. Rigging point charges are $150.00 per point. A point is dictated as each location a chain or h anger is attached to the ceiling or grid. Cable pick point charges are $50.00 per point. Cable pick points are dictated as each location a cable is attached to the ceiling or grid. A maximum of 8 between each pick point with a cable bundle no larger than 4 socapex cables is per mitted. - 2 -

House light r emotes are available for rental in the ballrooms at a rate of $100.00 per unit/ per day. See Load-In Procedure from the Hotel dock master for Load-In and Load-Out, depending on which rooms are being used. Dock is not to be used without prior written con sent of the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Your Production Company will be provided with a list of wireless frequencies that must be avoided at all times. Various entertainment departments within the hotel use these wireless frequencies. Using a listed wireless frequency could possibly jeopardize a show with in the hotel or even your own! Please review the attached frequency list. No equipment, cases, scissor lifts and/or personnel lifts are to remain in the back of the house areas at anytime. This includes the back hallways and loading docks. Storage space for outside audiovisual companies will be the sole responsibility of the audiovisual company. The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will make every effort to secure space once notification is given, but is under no obligation to provide such space. If space is available, the audiovisual vendor will be charged rack rate for such space. There is no smoking per mitted inside the Conference Center, or its back hallways. Smoking is only permitted outside the Conference Center. All vendors/groups are responsible to leave the hotel in the same condition it was found. All n on-display vehicles inside the Conference Center must have white tires and free from leaks. Cleaning fees will apply should marks, leaks or damage be found on the carpeting or stages. The Production Company and/or group will be billed for all damages to the facility. For security reason s it is required that outside Production Companies provide ID badges for all their staff member s. ID badges must notate staff member s name, group s name and Production Companies name. If you are unable to provide them, you may purchase ID badges from PSAV at 702-698-1300. Use of Cosmopolitan s employee cafeteria is prohibited for all outside production staff member s and vendors. Outside Vendor s must place on file with the hotel a certificate of insurance showing a minimum of $2,000,000 for each occurrence. This certificate must show the following: Nevada Proper ty 1 L. L.C. The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and their subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, representative and employees are named as additional insured under above policies. Consult your hotel Conference Service Manager for details. All Rigging, Booth Lighting, Electrical, Banner/Sign Hanging & Plumbing Services are exclusive tradeshow services of PSAV. Outside Production Companies an d/or Audio Visual Service Providers are not permitted to provide an y of the above listed services on the Tradeshow floor. 22% Service Charge will apply to all PSAV/HOTEL Services included within This document, including but not limited to Equipment, Labor & Consumables. Service Charge is not a gratuity and are not paid in whole or in part to employees of PSAV or employees of an y other par ty. - 3 -
