Introduction Congratulations for your choice! This report is one of the most useful reports you have ever read. If you are new to the Internet Marketing arena, you will find here a useful business model, which has been proved to be successful. If you are not new to the trade, you will still find jewels here and there to make your business thrive. In this report we will walk you step by step in the identification of a niche in the Clickbank marketplace, the pertinent keyword research, finding your matching domain name and building your blog. You will discover how to place your offers to maximize results and how to promote your blog to climb in the search engines fast. As you see, this is not a new or hip method, but one of the proven methods in Internet Marketing. This is though my personal method, so you will find twists and secrets you probably didn t see in any other place before. Why is this report different? For many reasons. For starters: I give away my niche. Yes, that s right. I am walking you in a niche that is active now, and working for me; and it is not in the internet marketing arena, nor I m trying to recruit you to promote that business. The second main difference is that I can prove the validity of this method, as my blog for my keyword has first position in Google right now, you can go and check it. So you can be sure this is not vague conversation. I mean business. Ok, no more talking. Let s cut to the chase, shall we? 4

Niche Identification The first step is to find a good product in the Clickbank marketplace: http://www.clickbank.com/marketplace.htm There are different methods to find good products; high gravity is one of the widespread criteria. What is gravity? Gravity is related with the number of affiliates who have sold at least one product over the last 8 weeks, with recent sales having a bigger weight than those made 8 weeks ago. So gravity is a tricky number to follow blindly, but if you find a product with certain history and ongoing good gravity, you can infer it converts pretty well. Select a category and start looking for a product with high gravity. In this example I choose the games category. The products are by default sorted by popularity; to sort by gravity you use the drop down menu right under Sort results by. 5

Inside games, there are three categories. I choose Console Guides and Repairs, as it is usually a buying niche. Looking around I find an interesting product: The website looks very nice, it is a keeper 6

Keyword research Google provides us with the best keyword research tool of the market for free. There are others that can help too. But Google Keyword Tool is the first stop. A product with certain stability and good gravity usually did a very detailed keyword research from the beginning or over time. We are going to use this fact as a shortcut to arrive to a good set of keywords to start with. After opening up Google Keyword Tool, we run a search by URL using the product we chose to promote. We choose USA as location and English as language for this product; to do it we use the Advanced options if they are not selected by default. Once you do the first search, you will be able to choose the Match Types on your left. Make sure to set the Match Types to [Exact] Sort the column based on Global Monthly Searches, and find the keywords that have 10k+ search per month. 7

Under the chosen criteria, there are 4 keywords that look good: For each keyword, we are going to analyze the competition in Google. There are different forms to do it, this is my personal formula: Only check the top 3 ranking sites. Analyze PR and backlinks PR of these sites must be not more than 3 Backlinks to that pages (not domain) must be less than 2k (in Yahoo Site Explorer) Tools of the trade For Chrome you can install two free plugins to make the job easier: Page Rank Status Chrome SEO Chrome SEO s results cannot be trusted out of the box. But it provides useful shortcuts. These tools are not necessary, but useful. 8

We will analyze the process in detail for one keyword and give the results for the others. Keyword: red ring of death The first link is a Wikipedia page: The page rank is 6 for that page, for Wikipedia (root) is 9. Clicking on Yahoo backlink, we arrive to Yahoo site explorer: 9

The backlinks (external only) are 2471. We repeat the same procedure for the first 3 positions, and add this information to a spreadsheet Keyword Website PR Backlinks Match Criteria Red ring of death #1 Wikipedia 6 2471 #2 Team Xbox 4 570 #3 Squidoo 5 268 Repeating the analysis for the other keywords, we find that xbox 360 repair is a good match for the criteria, so I will use it as a main keyword for my site. 10

Buy your domain If you want to buy a new domain, try to buy a domain with the keywords inside the domain name, the ideal is a perfect match works very well for SEO. I'm using the domain http://myxbox360repair.com/ The best extensions are.com, net,.org If you don't want to use a keyword rich domain name, you can buy aged PR domains from GoDaddy auctions / Digital Point forums. Make sure to use a generic one. Buying aged PR domains has many advantages; it will help you get top rankings a lot faster because they are usually already indexed. For a keyword related domain, go to your favorite domain name service provider (GoDaddy and NameCheap are the most commonly used) and do a search of your keyword; you will see if it is available and some recommended options of not. You might find your keyword right away or have to dig in a bit; but if you followed the niche identification rules, usually you will find a good domain. 11

Create your website Step 1: Setup the hosting account. If you don t have hosting, you will need to contract one. If you are on this for the long run, it is recommended to have a reseller account (and later on a dedicated server). If you have hosting on one account already, you can add your new website as addon in your existing hosted domain. I m going to assume you have a reseller account. Go to your web host manager and add the new website using a medium to small website configuration. You still can t see your website, first you need to point the domain to the dns (domain name server) of your hosting. Step 2: Set the dns. Go to your domain name account and find the dns manager 12

After you point the dns, you are going to see something like this: Step 3: Install WordPress. There are many ways to install WordPress. I m going to use one of the fastest and easiest here. Start by going to your Cpanel account and click on Quick Install. You can also install via Fantastico, but Quick Install has auto updates, which is always interesting. Once you are in Quick install, click on Word Press 13

After a fast request you are in the install page: You will need to setup Admin email, Blog title (make it keyword oriented, for example I m using Xbox 360 Repair Guide Fix Xbox 360 ), and Name. When you click Install Now, it will install the script and send the password to your email. If you don t see the email with the password, look into your spam folder. It should look like this: 14

And your website now shows the default install of WordPress Step 4: Install your theme. You can find a theme going to WordPress.org: http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/ 15

There are many other places to find themes, just make sure you use a nice and clean looking theme (for best conversion). Once you chose and downloaded your theme, you will need to upload it to your website. To do it, you need to open your favorite ftp manager. If you don t have one, you can download FileZilla (client) for free, as it is open source. You will need to provide: Website name: Yoursite.com - without the http or www, as you are accessing the ftp server Username: of your hosting account, the same you use to login to Cpanel Password: of your hosting account Once you are on your destination website, click on public_html Then click on: wp-content, and finally on themes. You are going to find: Now that you are on the right place, from the left panel search for the theme you chose (it shows your own folders). Make sure you unzipped it first and that you are on the inner folder, that is, if you click on it you have all the files. If you don t have a program to unzip files, which is not very likely, you can download 7-zip, also Open Source. RighClick over the theme s folder and click on Upload. You can t miss it. 16

After you uploaded your theme, you need to login on the administrator panel to make it active. Once you login in the administration panel, there are a couple of things to do. So I will show that part altogether. Step 5: Basic customization. Login into the administrator panel with the information you received via email. There is a link in your just installed website It takes you to Yoursite.com/wp-login.php Fill in the details you received via email, and you will be in the administration panel: 17

The first thing we are going to do is to set the new theme as default. Click on Appearance on your left, the first item in the submenu is Themes, so you are in the right place. Scroll down, find your theme and click Activate. For the theme I chose for display purposes, it looks like this: 18

The next stop is the meta information. There are a couple of very good plugins used to manage the meta information. I will use, SEO ultimate. To install the plugin, click on the plugin button on the left panel, then click on Add New and make a search by the keyword SEO. You will be here: Click on Install Now, under SEO Ultimate. You will be prompted to accept, and after installed you need to activate it. 19

After you activate it, a new button appears on your left after Settings: SEO. Click on it to choose the SEO settings. Scroll down and click on Meta description Editor. 20

Click on the second tab, Blog Homepage Use your main keyword in the meta description, here's the one that I use: Xbox 360 Repair - Are you getting the 3 Red Light Error? Add your Content The first thing to do is to create some filler content based on our keywords - which is xbox 360 repair. We will need to create 20-30 articles on this topic. You can cloak your links easily using the Pretty Link Lite plugin. To install the plugin you follow the same procedure we introduced for the SEO Ultimate plugin. It should be pretty straightforward right now (use the name of the plugin as search term). The presell post is the most important one, so we want it sticky on the homepage. This way, any new post will be posted below the pre-sell post. To make a post sticky, edit your post and look on your right for Visibility: Public, click on Edit. You will see it scrolls down to show: 22

Click on Stick this post to the front page and then click OK. Publish your post to activate it. After you are comfortable with the website, it is important to create other leading posts and split test to increase the conversion a bit more. 23

Promote your website With the niche choices we made, to rank high in Google is possible; but there is still work to do. We will need to promote our website daily. I m not going to lie to you, it is a tough world out there and to rank is not easy. But, there are some shortcuts. And it is your lucky day; I m giving you all the details right here. Article Preparation Write a 300-400 words article related to your niche, or you can outsource it from freelancer.com for $2 each.
