Overview: This document outlines our proposal for consulting services in relation to Spectrum/MarginTrac product. At Xelpro, we provide Treasury and Risk consulting services to Investment Banks, Broker- Dealers, Commercial Banks and Corporations. We use our expertise in domain financial markets and instruments, math analytics and computing, technology and management to help trading and risk departments in implementing best practices, setting up risk frameworks, managing system implementation and process re++-engineering. About Spectrum/MarginTrac: Spectrum/MarginTrac is Trade Management software that covers front-office, middle-office and back-office activities across multiple assets like foreign exchange, money markets, fixed income, equity and derivatives. Customers implementing Spectrum/MarginTrac need mapping of business processes into the product; additional features that need to be developed, tested and deployed; development of statements specific to business needs; integration components to be developed to integrate with other systems that increases time, effort and cost of implementation (going live) and maintenance of this software. Clients may find it difficult to find resources that are experts in functional and technical knowledge about FSS Spectrum so they find it difficult to implement, add new features and support this software. Who are we? We are a company co-founded by professionals with vast experience in Trading Systems in general and Financial Software Systems Spectrum/MarginTrac in specific. We have presence both in USA and India that serve clients across the globe. Xelpro aims at providing specialized services in implementation and support of Spectrum/MarginTrac to help clients efficiently implement and maintain Spectrum/MarginTrac and thereby increase client revenues. 1

Xelpro leverages its talented resource pool, experienced leadership, strong domain knowledge and technical skills to provide broad consulting services to leading financial services organizations. We have strong experience with software products used in Trading in general and Spectrum/MarginTrac in specific. We have talented resource pool that have varied skills and perform various roles like Business Analysis, Project Management, and Technical Implementation. Our resources have strong domain knowledge in financial services ranging from front office, middle office and back office activities in various instruments like foreign exchange, money markets, fixed income, equities and derivatives. Our strong technical skills in building applications and tools used in Investment Banking include strong data model knowledge of Spectrum/MarginTrac. What can we do (services) - Proposal? Our proposal is to use our expertise in Spectrum/MarginTrac products to provide specialized services to various clients who purchase the product and are in need of consulting services. Implementation: We shall help our clients through whole implementation life cycle during Spectrum/MarginTrac Implementation in most efficient and cost-effective way. This involves various activities from start to end of whole life cycle until go-live. Few of the activities are listed below: Installation and Configuration of various components like Front end applications, Middle-Tier services like Margin Data Service, Limit Data Service, DocGen service etc. and Databases (Main and Service). 2

Setup: Mapping business process to FSS Spectrum, Setting up Security as per organization structure/needs, coming up with appropriate product setup to have efficient implementation. Gap Analysis: Conduct Gap Analysis to find gaps in Spectrum/MarginTrac in managing current business processes and needs. Project Development: Coordinate product development of all the Gaps in all stages like Gap Analysis, Creation of specifications document, Coding, Testing and deployment. Administration & Maintenance: Maintain different instances of Spectrum/MarginTrac installation (DEV, TEST, PROD). This will involve maintenance of various components of installation like DataEngine, Middle Tier Service, Limit Data Service, DocGen, Spectrum/MarginTrac application. Deployment of Patches: Deployment of patches and hot fixes to get changes, new features, fixes into production. EOD Processing: Support and Maintenance of processes like EOD processing. Development: We have expertise of domain, product, data model and technical architecture that puts us in unique place to develop additional related features and components. Statements: We have team that has expertise in Business Intelligence and experience in development of various reports/statements on Spectrum/MarginTrac. Integration: Creation of interfaces and other integration components required to integrate Spectrum/MarginTrac with other systems. Custom Development: We can develop custom apps required to meet clients Investment Banking needs. 3

Support: This will involve troubleshooting problems or issues in Spectrum/MarginTrac. Business/Technical users log their issues related to Spectrum/MarginTrac that will be addressed, fixed and tested. If the issue is with underlying product, interacting with FSS support or other appropriate team to get the issue resolved. Upgrades: This will involve implementation and support of whole end to end upgrade process into newer versions of Spectrum/MarginTrac. Testing: This will involve testing of patches, hot fixes during deployment. Set up Quality Control team for end to end testing in UAT phases during implementation and upgrades. Training: This will involve providing training of usage of Spectrum/MarginTrac to end users, super users and train configuration, administration and maintenance to administrators.
