1 IT Setup Services Investing in a server-run network represents a substantial investment in your business, with average costs running from $2,500 to $10,000. To help determine if this is an effective step for you, we begin by offering a complimentary 15 to 30-minute conversation with our IT expert to discuss your current setup, any problems you are experiencing with your computers, and what you need and expect from your computer system. If it appears that a server configuration would be a viable option for your business, we will arrange a site visit to complete a Site Survey, which will provide you with an estimate for setting up a client-server network. RCTC charges $350 for each Site Survey, but will apply $100 toward installation if you use our services to set up a network within 60 calendar days of the date of the Site Survey. The quote for time and materials provided by RCTC will be good for 60 calendar days. However, hardware and software not provided by RCTC are subject to change at any time as they are provided by outside vendors. Your site survey will include: Where any cable drops and patch(es) will be needed (client responsibility) Type of server needed (client responsibility) Number and type of workstations (computers) needed, including any necessary OS (operating system) upgrades Understand that not all computers can be upgraded (this often depends on the manufacturing configuration). If this is the case, you may need to purchase new computers (client responsibility). Software needed, such as Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, MS Office (client responsibility) List of software to move to server (as determined by client s direction) Once you agree to our services, we will provide you with a detailed list of equipment and software needed, which will delineate which items will be provided by the client and which by RCTC. Fine Print (in a readable font size): At the time of installation, client must have all drops (ethernet connections) installed and working. Additionally, all computers must be in working order and all hardware and software purchased for the server setup that is the client responsibility must be present. If these are not present at server setup, additional charges will be incurred at stated rates $90 per hour for labor for on-site time, including travel costs. If your business location is more than 70 miles from our office, we reserve the right to have our IT technician choose to find lodging near your business location. If so, travel costs would include lodging and meals. If our IT technician chooses to drive home and return at an agreed upon date, travel costs will include mileage at the current IRS rate for the extra trip.
2 IT Monthly Support Tiers of Service All computers can benefit from regular maintenance to their software systems, including virus checks. While regular maintenance cannot prevent all problems, it is likely to minimize them. Our Monthly IT Support Service does just that. Our IT professional will log onto your computer using TeamViewer at regular intervals to check for anti-virus updates, to check diagnostics, and to perform regular operating system maintenance. The cost depends on the number of computers and their configuration (e.g. no network, peer-to-peer or HomeGroup network, or client server network). The fee is prepaid in monthly or quarterly intervals. Individual Computers No network* Services: Weekly remote log-ons to check for virus software updates. We will allocate 2 hours per month for your service: o 1 hour per month for regular virus updates o 1 hour per month for troubleshooting or help with installation of software. Additional assistance can be purchased at $90 per hour. Unused troubleshooting hours (up to 1 per month) will roll over to a maximum of 12 hours. Cost: Initial/Setup fee: o $75.00 for the first computer, $10.00 for each additional computer. This fee covers time to install TeamViewer on your computer as well as to complete an initial check of your system. Monthly fee: o 1-2 computers: $ per month o 3-4 Computers: $ per month o 5-6 Computers: $ per month Optional add-on: We can provide anti-virus software for an additional $20 per computer per year

Weekly: remote monitoring/run diagnostics as needed Troubleshooting: as needed, 1 hours included per month (additional hours billed per contract) All networks can be connected to a switch or wireless access point with security configurations (secure wireless network) Costs: Set up network if necessary: 1-6 computers: $ exclusive of hardware/cabling needed Monthly maintenance: o 1-2 Computers: $ per month o 3-4 Computers: $ per month o 5-6 Computers: $ per month o 7+ Computers: call us to talk about whether a formal server set-up would be best for your company. 4 The Fine Print This is a monthly service, billed in advance. We can set up recurring payments via a debit or credit card, or we can send an invoice via or USPS and you can pay via check. The above prices include the noted hours of monthly service. Hours in addition to those listed are priced at $90 per hour. Unused troubleshooting hours will roll over, up to a maximum of 12 hours. However, if either party terminates the contract, unused troubleshooting hours will not be due to the client as a refund. We will take calls for troubleshooting between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. While it is our goal to address your problems immediately, there may be times when our IT expert cannot take your call immediately. If this is the case, he will return your call within 4 hours. At times, troubleshooting will have to be performed after 10:00 p.m. or over the weekend. If the client has an issue that cannot be resolved remotely, the cost to go to site will be $50 per hour for travel time, and $90 per hour on-site time. We will provide client with an estimate of cost for troubleshooting before charges are incurred. Issues that can be resolved remotely will be billed at $75our per hour after the included the included hour. We will provide an estimate before charges are incurred.
