Three days focused on technical and strategic capabilities have been added to help you better understand how to build your versatility as a controller. The program focuses on practical methods to meet the many challenges faced by Controllers and Directors of Finance, and provides guidance on essential tools to sharpen your financial and management skills and abilities. At the end of this program, you will be able to better understand what organizations expect from the controllership position, and identify gaps in your current professional work experience.
