4 Would it be internationally recognized? Formal training in SOX compliance usually results in a Certification that is generally recognized internationally. Note that some companies have their own Corporate Training Programs that offer In-house training programs also. Although BizXL Solutions Inc. does not align itself with any organization or credentialing body, nevertheless the Core Fundamentals, Credentials and Case based SCC training that it provides, will equip the certified students with the right toolkit and frameworks that can be used globally. Is there a minimum class size? Yes, ideally a class size of 20 students is preferred. Is the cost of course material included in the $ Tax fee? Yes. Although BizXL will also provide some templates and useful links to software s, candidates are free to use their own templates and project management tools/software s provided they meet the compliance criteria, and if these tools assist in contributing to the overall learning outcomes and team project management. How is the fee paid? At least 1 week prior to course commencement date, students are required to pay the Full Course Fee online including HST, and the fee is nonrefundable. How many hours is this course for? 21 Hours. For detailed breakdown of hours refer to the course flyer containing the agenda. Are there any prerequisites and eligibility criteria? Typically the candidates have an accounting and auditing background. Although these are not hard and fast prerequisites. Candidates with Intermediate and higher level education can benefit from this course. This course is also beneficial to new immigrants with an accounting background. What are the key course deliverables? These are as follows: Attending the 3 in-person and Full day Classroom training sessions. Successful completion and clearing the multiple choice exam (with greater than 60% marks) will qualify to receive SCC Certification. A certification ceremony may be organized - subject to availability of all candidates, OR the certificates will be mailed out on successful completion. Where will be the course held?
