1 PRINCIPLES Prices Offer for small and large groups Small unaccompanied groups : 2 to 10 people. Large unaccompanied groups : 11 to 30 people. Adult tours with admission charge A single ticket that includes the reservation and admission fee. Price per person : 13 euros The principle of sales discounts is maintained and shall be applied based on the volume of your order. Free Admission General terms of free admission shall be provided by the Contact Centre. Confirmation and Payment of Tours Allotments intended for the Key Accounts and attributed twice a year, 7 months prior to the tour date Reservations open to all customers and opened each 1 st of the month, 3 months prior to the tour date Let D be the day of your visit You are a grand compte or accredité client, you must confirm it by sending a email at the contact centre You are a private client, you must full payments at the latest... an allotment: D-15 before the date of your visit You order is the result of... a reservation made prior to D-3 days: The day of your booking - At the booking at the contact centre a reservation made between D-3 days and the D day of your visit: The day of your bookings On the date of your reservation (at the groups ticket office or at the contact centre) 2 / 9

LAST MINUTE BOOKING You would like to book a tour slot after D-3 days Let D be the day of your visit You are a grand compte or accredité client, you must pay the day of your demand reservation made between D-3 days and the D day of your visit:. - by CB at the contact centre or at the cash desk - on invoice with the contact centre if you have confirm it by email You are a private client, you must pay - the day of your demand - by CB at the contact centre or at the cash desk When can you do this? You are accredited, grand compte or a private client, you can book a slot between 3 days prior to the date of your visit and the actual day of your visit within the limits of the possibilities in connection with the management of influx of visitors the considered day. You can enquire at the Contact centre or unaccompanied groups ticket booths onsite. In any case, your complete payment must be received at the booking. If you wish to enquire at the Contact Centre: The Centre will take your booking and ask you to pay for your booking. If you wish to enquire at the group ticket booths onsite: The cashier will take your booking. The means of payment accepted are payments by bank card, cheque or cash. When your payment is received, the cashier will validate your order and issue your tickets. 5 PARTICULAR CASES You hold a PARIS MUSEUM PASS and you wish to book a visit time slot What to do? You can book a visit time slot by specifying that the members of your group are all holders of the Paris Museum Pass. The booking, confirmation and payment procedures are the same as those applying to all the independent visits. The only special conditions are as follows: When you book your visit time slot, you indicate precisely the number of persons with a Paris Museum Pass Note that in the case of an advanced booking, you must confirm your order by paying a deposit at the normal group rate: The equivalent of the price of 2 tickets for the confirmation When your tickets are checked, you present your paid tickets corresponding to the confirmation of your order, the voucher indicating the number of Paris Museum Pass in the group and the corresponding Paris Museum Pass. Note that if you fail to present the announced number of Paris Museum Pass, you will have to regularise your order by buying the missing Paris Museum Pass. 5 / 9

ADDITIONAL TICKETS 6 You would like to adjust your order and purchase additional tickets On what conditions can you do so? You can increase the number of tickets included in your visit only the day of your visit on 3 conditions: Subject to availability at the time of adjustment. Subject to the number of people authorized per type of group:. up to 3 additional people for a small unaccompanied group, maximum of 10 people. up to 10 additional people for a large unaccompanied group, maximum of 30 people. That you pay for the additional tickets in accordance with the conditions applicable for standard bookings. The cashier will take your order and find the adjustment possibilities based on remaining availabilities. Once the purchase of additional tickets is possible, the cashier will take your additional order and inform you of the payment terms. When your payment is received, the cashier will validate your order and issue your tickets. Be careful it s not possible to reduce the number of persons in your group 7 YOUNG VISITORS You wish to know about the independent visits for young visitors Who are concerned? The independent visits reserved for young visitors visits usually called SCHOOL visits are for groups wishing to visit the Château de Versailles and consisting of a minimum of 10 young people under 18 years of age. Each group must contain no more than a total of 30 persons. These visits may be a school activity or extracurricular activity (holiday activity centre, youth leisure centre, etc.). What are they entitled to? The independent visits reserved for young visitors give access to all the visit circuits open in the Château. These visits are free: For young people under 18 years of age. For the adults accompanying the young people according to the following quotas: For the groups of young people making a visit organised by their school:. Nursery school: free for 1 accompanying adult for 5 young people. Primary school: free for 1 accompanying adult for 10 young people. Secondary school: free for 1 accompanying adult for 15 young people For the groups of young people in an extracurricular context:. Majority of young people under 6 years of age: free for 1 accompanying adult for 5 young people. Majority of young people under 10 years of age: free for 1 accompanying adult for 10 young people. Majority of young people over 10 years of age: free for 1 accompanying adult for 15 young people 6 / 9

Additional adults: If the group contains additional adults not regarded as accompanying adults, they must not be more than 3 and must buy a ticket from the Contact Centre or the Groups ticket offices. Admission to the exhibitions: If the cultural programme permits it, admission to the exhibitions is authorised. This admission is free for the young people under 10 years of age. The other visitors must pay a cultural package charge at the Groups ticket counters before the start of the visit. You wish to book an independent visit for young visitors When can you do it? The booking of independent visits opens on the 1 st day of the 3 rd month preceding the date of the visit. You can then book a time slot up to the day before the date of your visit, subject to availabilities. What to do? You wish to book a visit time slot in advance (before Date-3 days) Call the Contact Centre. The Centre registers your booking.. In all cases, your confirmation deposit must be received no later than 3 days before the date of your visit at infos.professionnels@chateauversailles.fr, otherwise the visit time slot is made available to other groups. On reception of your confirmation deposit dated, signed and with the stamp of your establishment, the Contact Centre confirms your booking and tells you that the tickets will be at your disposal at the Groups ticket office. It will give you your booking number to enable you to obtain your tickets from the Groups ticket office on the day of your visit. You wish to book at the last minute (between Date-3 days and Date-1 day) You can call the Contact Centre or go to the groups ticket office on the spot. You wish to call the Contact Centre: The Centre registers your booking. It will give you your booking number to enable you to obtain your tickets from the Groups ticket office on the day of your visit. You wish to you go directly to the Groups ticket office on the spot: The ticket office staff registers your booking and gives you your tickets. ATTENTION: As school visits are free in the off season as well as in the peak season, demand for these visits is much greater than the reception capacity of the Château and it is frequently obliged to refuse groups. For this reason, you are requested to respect your booking, when the Contact Centre has confirmed your booking. Should you fail to turn up on the day of your visit, you will be invoiced with a one-off charge of 25 euros. 8 7 / 9

DUPLICATES You wish to obtain a duplicate of your tickets On what conditions can you do so? If you cannot present the tickets that you have paid for at the ticket check to enter the Palace, you have the possibility of obtaining duplicates at an extra charge. Enquire at the unaccompanied groups ticket booths onsite. The cashier will look for your booking and ask you to pay the lump sum of 8 for all the tickets included in your visit. The means of payment accepted are payments made by bank card, cheque or cash. When your payment is received, the cashier will validate your order and issue your tickets. If the fact that you cannot present your tickets is not by your own doing, you have the possibility of filling out a reimbursement request that will be examined by our in-house service for a possible reimbursement of the amount paid for the duplicate. 9 POSTPONEMENT You wish to postpone the date of your visit On what conditions can you do so? You may postpone the date of your visit once on 5 conditions: If your request involves an order resulting from a booking (postponements are not possible for an order resulting from an allotment). If your request involves all the tickets included in the order. If your request is made at least 7 days prior to the date of your visit. If the new date of your visit is immediately scheduled (date to be scheduled among the bookings open on the date of the postponement request). If you confirm your request in writing within the day Enquire at the Contact Centre which will identify your order and help you find a new date based on the remaining availabilities. Once the new date has been identified, the Contact Centre will modify your order and inform you, if necessary, of your new confirmation and payment deadlines. In any case, the confirmation and payment terms are the same as for a standard advance booking: 10 NON COMPLIANCE Definition 8 / 9

If the group is over than 30 persons and arrived more than 20 minutes late, the ticket office staff registers the group as non compliance. 9 / 9
