1 Online Ticket Purchase : Where can I buy online tickets? On the official Cinema City website: What kind of online payment can I use? You can pay by all types of VISA and MASTER CARD cards, PayPal and Quick bank transfer (direct bank button). Can I always use all online payments? The system will automatically offer the available payments. Some of the partner banks do not offer the direct bank button system during the weekends and evenings. Online card payment is always available. How can you prevent the card abuse? The online payment system uses secured PayPal and PayU interface with maximum security standards applied. What is the card expiration limit for the online payment? The card has to be valid at the moment the online payment is placed. Can I buy all types of tickets online? The following tickets can be purchased online: Adult, Child up to 12 years, Student, Senior, Ladies Night and tickets for the special screening for Loyalty members. However you would need to present, at the cinema gate, the proper documentation entitling you for the discount.

The discount voucher can be printed out, or you can present it from your cell phone or tablet at the bar. Each voucher will give you CZK 10 discount for refreshments at the bar. Can I keep the voucher even if I cancel the e-ticket? The discount voucher loses its validity after the cancelation of the e-ticket. If you want to cancel and return the ticket, you will have to return also unused discount voucher.

Every Cinema City Club member gets 15% from the final ticket price back as points on their account. Club members can also buy online tickets for special screenings only for Cinema City Club members. Is it possible to pay online for the Cinema City Club membership? Unfortunately this is not supported yet. This functionality is still in development.
