You can pay by all types of VISA and MASTER CARD cards, PayPal and Quick bank transfer (direct bank button). Can I always use all online payments? The system will automatically offer the available payments. Some of the partner banks do not offer the direct bank button system during the weekends and evenings. Online card payment is always available. How can you prevent the card abuse? The online payment system uses secured PayPal and PayU interface with maximum security standards applied. What is the card expiration limit for the online payment? The card has to be valid at the moment the online payment is placed. Can I buy all types of tickets online? The following tickets can be purchased online: Adult, Child up to 12 years, Student, Senior, Ladies Night and tickets for the special screening for Loyalty members. However you would need to present, at the cinema gate, the proper documentation entitling you for the discount.
Can I buy 3D glasses online as well? Yes. What is the latest I can buy tickets for the show? Any time before the show starts. What do I do if the online payment does not work for some reason? Why do I have to pay a fee for paying online? This fee covers the service fee linked with PayPal and PayU usage. How can I use the discount voucher for the refreshments? The discount voucher can be printed out, or you can present it from your cell phone or tablet at the bar. Each voucher will give you CZK 10 discount for refreshments at the bar. Only 1 voucher can be used for 1 product. purchase of 1 product. Can I exchange the discount voucher for cash? No, the voucher can only be used for a purchase of refreshments at the bar. Can I keep the voucher even if I cancel the e-ticket? The discount voucher loses its validity after the cancelation of the e-ticket. If you want to cancel and return the ticket, you will have to return also unused discount voucher.
How is the online ticket delivered to me? There are two options: o Print at home the e-ticket will be displayed automatically after the authorization of the payment. The e-ticket is also sent to your email address. You will have the option to print the ticket of present it on your mobile device at the usher stand. o Pick up at the cinema you will receive the confirmation number which you can show to the cashier at the cinema box office and the cashier will provide you with your ticket. Do I get priority at the box office when choo up at the There will be no particular cashier reserved to deal with the pick up at the cinema tickets. We highly advise you to, print the ticket at home or use your mobile device. In case you prefer to pick up at the cinema, please pick up the tickets in advance, because queues might form on box office right before the show. What to do with the e-ticket at the cinema? You can present your print out or e-ticket in your cell phone directly at the usher stand in cinema lobby. The ticket will be scanned and the usher direct you to the hall. What happens if my printed ticket is damaged? If the bar code is unreadable, the usher can validate it with the numeric code of the e-ticket.
What to do if I didn t receive the e-ticket on my email? What happens if I accidentally deleted the e-ticket from my email inbox? I misspelled the email address. I bought the wrong type of e-ticket, how do I change it? Exchange of the e-ticket is not possible. In this case you have to cancel the ticket and buy a new one. How can I cancel the e-ticket? The e-ticket and discount voucher for refreshments must not be used. You can ask for the cancelation of the e-ticket personally at the box office of the cinema to which the tickets were purchased, by calling our call center: 255 742 021, or by sending us an email to: vstupenky@cinemacity.cz. What is the latest time for the ticket cancelation? IMPORTANT: Via phone or email you may cancel your ticket at least 3 hours before the show. Afterwards only personal cancelation at the box office is available.
Is there any cancelation fee? No. I bought three e-tickets but I will use only two. What do I do now? Only whole transactions can be cancelled. The payment will be returned to your bank account only. You will then have to buy the 2 tickets separately at the cinema box office or through our website: www. cinemacity.cz. Is it possible to buy tickets online while using the Cinema City Club card? Yes. To use the advantages of the Cinema City Club you have to be signed-in as a member first. Please do so before or while purchasing the e-tickets. What kind of advantages are there for the Loyalty members? Every Cinema City Club member gets 15% from the final ticket price back as points on their account. Club members can also buy online tickets for special screenings only for Cinema City Club members. Is it possible to pay online for the Cinema City Club membership? Unfortunately this is not supported yet. This functionality is still in development.
