Key Transition Dates for Eastern HomeConnect For your convenience, highlighted below are important dates regarding the transition of The Community Bank online banking to Eastern Bank. November 29 at 5:00 p.m. November 30 at 5:00 p.m. December 3 at 9:00 a.m. Access to The Community Bank online bill pay and fund transfers ends. Access to The Community Bank online banking ends. Access to Eastern HomeConnect at www.easternbank.com begins. Frequently Asked Questions about Eastern HomeConnect Eastern Bank is committed to making your transition to HomeConnect online banking as smooth as possible. To help you understand how this change may affect you, please review the following Frequently Asked Questions. General Information Q. What features does HomeConnect offer? A. In addition to standard features such as account balances and activity, fund transfers and bill pay, HomeConnect offers a wealth of features designed to make banking online easier than ever. You will be able to Receive your statements electronically with estatements; you can enroll through HomeConnect Use mobile banking to do your banking anywhere, anytime from the convenience of your phone. And, mobile check deposit is available with our mobile banking app for iphone and Android TM smartphones. Access up to 13 months of online history Make expedited bill payments and much more! Q. Are there any features that I currently enjoy with The Community Bank online banking that will not be available in A. Yes. The FinanceWorks personal financial management feature will no longer be available. Otherwise, all of the features you currently enjoy with online banking will be available in HomeConnect. Q. Will all of my information convert from The Community Bank online banking to A. Your bill payment history, e-bills, scheduled and recurring bill payments, payee information and scheduled transfers will be available in HomeConnect. Your account history (banking transactions such as debit card purchases and fund transfers) cannot be transferred to HomeConnect, so we recommend that you print or save copies of your estatements or other important records by November 30. Q. Will my estatement history from The Community Bank be transferred to A. No. Your estatement history at The Community Bank cannot be transferred, so be sure to print or download copies of your estatements by November 30. Q. Do I need to re-enroll if I wish to continue receiving estatements? A. Yes. If you wish to continue receiving estatements, you will need to re-enroll through Eastern HomeConnect. Simply login to HomeConnect and click the Statements link. Q. Will my alerts be transferred to A. No. You will need to re-establish your alerts after the conversion. Eastern Bank alerts are very similar to those offered at The Community Bank. Q. Can all consumer account holders enroll separately in A. Yes. All consumer account holders can enroll separately and access the same accounts using their individual username (user ID) and password. 2

General Information (continued) Q. How do I sign up for mobile banking? A. There is no additional enrollment required for mobile banking. You simply need a HomeConnect account to get started. To access mobile banking, visit https://mobile.easternbank.com using your mobile phone s browser or download the mobile banking app from either the itunes Store or Google Play, depending on your smartphone. For additional information, go to www.easternbank.com/mobile. Q. How do I sign up for mobile deposit? A. There is no additional enrollment required for mobile deposit, which is an integrated feature of Eastern Bank's mobile banking app. You will be able to make mobile deposits starting December 5. To use mobile deposit, you must have an iphone or Android TM smartphone. For additional information, including eligibility requirements, go to www.easternbank.com/mobile. Q. Can I download my account activity to Quicken using A. Yes. You can use the Download Banking Transactions link in HomeConnect to download your account activity to your Quicken software. However, we do not offer a Web Connect download for Mac. If you are running your Quicken software on a Macintosh Operating System, you would select "QIF" as the file format type for each download request. Once you save the QIF file, simply import it into your Quicken software. Q. Can I download my account activity to QuickBooks using A. No. HomeConnect does not support a download to QuickBooks software. However, our business online banking products do support a download to QuickBooks software. For information about our business online banking products, call our Business Services Team at 1-800-333-8000. Q. Who can I call if I have questions about Online Banking? A. You can call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-EASTERN (327-8376) Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 3

Logging into HomeConnect Q. Where do I log into A. You can log into HomeConnect right from the homepage of our website at easternbank.com. Q. What is my password for my first login to A. Prior to November 30, Eastern Bank will mail you a temporary password that you will use for your first login to HomeConnect. You will be immediately prompted to change your password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length and must contain at least 1 alpha and 1 numeric character. Q. What information do I need to log into A. You will use your existing The Community Bank username and a temporary password that we will provide prior to November 30 to log into HomeConnect. During your initial login, you will be prompted to perform the following activities: change your password establish your security questions and answers and select your picture and personal phase Upon your second login, you will be asked to review and accept the terms and conditions of our HomeConnect Agreement which outlines important information about our online banking services. Q. Will I be able to access online banking during the conversion? A. No. Both The Community Bank online banking and HomeConnect will be unavailable from approximately 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 30 through 9:00 a.m. on Monday, December 3. At that time, you may begin using Eastern HomeConnect for your online banking. Q. Can I change my username to something that is easier to remember? A. Yes. Once you have logged in to HomeConnect, click the Customer Service tab if you wish to change your username (user ID). You can also change your password at any time. 4

Bill Payment Q. Is HomeConnect with online bill payment free? A. Yes. You ll be able to enjoy HomeConnect, including online bill payment, free of charge. Q. Will my payee information for online bill payments be available in A. Yes. All your payee information, including payee nicknames, will be transferred to HomeConnect. Q. Will my online banking bill payment history be available in A. Yes. Your bill payment history from The Community Bank will be available in HomeConnect. Q. Will there be any changes to how online bill payments are processed? A. Yes. Your account will be debited sooner for HomeConnect bill payments. Funds will be withdrawn from your account on the evening your payment is sent to the payee. Currently, funds are withdrawn from your account within two business days after your bill payment is sent. Withdrawing funds on the day the payment is sent will ensure that you have sufficient funds to cover your bill payment, and will help you keep better track of the money you ve spent. Q. Will my e-bills transfer to A. Yes. Your e-bills established through The Community Bank online banking will be available in HomeConnect. In addition, you can also establish e-bills for your Eastern Bank loans. Q. Will my future-dated and recurring bill payments be available in A. Yes. All scheduled and recurring bill payments will be transferred to HomeConnect. If you have payments scheduled for The Community Bank loans, you ll need to change the payee name and address to ensure your payment is received on time. Q. Am I able to make expedited bill payments with A. Yes. For those times that you need to make a bill payment, and fast, we offer expedited payments! With expedited payments, your payment will be delivered on the business day following the Send On date. Electronic expedited payments cost $5.00 per payment and expedited payments by overnight check cost $25.00 per payment. 5

Transfers Q. Will my fund transfer history be available in A. No. Your online account history at The Community Bank, including fund transfer transactions, will not be available in HomeConnect. If you wish to retain this information, be sure to print or save copies of your estatements or other important records by November 30. When you first login to HomeConnect, you will not have any account history. We will start to capture information on your Eastern Bank account on Monday, December 3, building to 13 months of account activity online. Q. Will my scheduled and recurring transfers be available in A. Yes. Scheduled and recurring transfers will be available in your new Eastern HomeConnect account. Any transfers scheduled to occur on or after November 30 will be processed without interruption. 6
