BDL4681XU BDL4675XU Video Wall Installation Guide
Video walls can create a stunning visual effect, attracting attention and audiences to view your messages and other video content. To ensure optimal performance from your video wall, we urge you to read through this document as it contains very important information which will help avoid technical issues in the future. Before You Start Before commencing on implementing your video wall, and to avoid issues and problems later that could void your warranty, we strongly recommend that you follow these steps to ensure important conditions are met. Your video wall must be installed on a flat and level surface which is strong enough to bear its weight. If mounting the video wall on a physical wall, ensure that the mounting bracket is firmly and securely attached to the wall, and that the complete structure is able to support the entire weight of the video wall. If you plan to cascade your displays in Landscape mode, do NOT remove the plastic screws on the bottom of each display. These screws offer protection to the unit by cushioning the weight from the display above. Removing the screw may result in damage due to the direct transfer of weight from above, and could lead to a pinkish hue around the displayed image. When mounted in a video wall, multiple displays emit a considerable amount of heat. To avoid overheating and to ensure the longest possible lifetime for your products, make sure that there is an absolute minimum of 6cm clearance between the wall or structure and the video wall. we recommend a minimum of 10cm clearance to ensure better air flow and heat dissipation. Because of the fragile nature of the LCD display, and because it is easily damaged from scratches or pressure, we recommend the use of appropriate padding materials during installation to offer better protection.
