We expect you to bring with you specific experience as the program will be highly challenging The experience and skills you will need for this program include: Education You have completed or are about to complete your Master s studies with above-average grades in Engineering, Business, HR or Medicine. Work Experience You have completed demanding internships and/or gained work experience during your studies or between your bachelor s and master s degree. International Experience You have gained profound intercultural experience by living, working or studying in a foreign cultural area. Additional Working Capabilities You have a global perspective and a desire to work abroad as well as the willingness to take responsibility at early career stages. Page 18

You will be required to pass a multi-stage assessment process to be selected for the program This is what our selection process looks like: Check of basic requirements: First of all, we will determine whether you meet our basic requirements. If you do, then you will be invited for an Initial interview: This initial interview will take place either in person or over the phone. If the interview is successful, we will ask you to join us for an On-site assessment: You will be invited to one of our locations so that we can get to know you better and you can get to know us.
