Program overview Asset Management is critical to business activity and continuity for asset dependant organisations. The core processes and practices are fundamental to maximising an organisation s sustainable use of assets to deliver service to customers while optimising life cycle costs. This training was developed by industry, for industry and provides a nationally recognised qualification for asset managers to provide the skills and knowledge to deliver sustainable asset management for their organisation. The Graduate Certificate in Physical Asset management (GCPAM) is delivered by GHD and is accredited under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). At the completion of this course, participants will receive a nationally recognised qualification that acknowledges their professional skills as asset managers. This course draws upon over 30 years of international experience of asset management application in hundreds of organisations throughout the world. The program receives regular industry input to maintain its continuing relevance to practitioners in today s changing environment. The content maps to the contents of the International Infrastructure Management Manual and the UK PAS55 Asset Management Specification ensuring relevance to current practice. Who should attend? We can arrange delivery in conjunction with your organisation, its business and learning needs and calendar. The course can be tailored to any industry type or asset base, current level of asset management practice or other organisational specific requirements. Expectations Students will be assessed through a combination of assessments. Assessment differs for each unit and the time required to complete tasks and achieve the course goals will depend on your particular knowledge, experience and commitment.
