My Meeting Places Take the guess work out of meeting locations It is common that sales executives meet their prospects or customers for lunch at restaurants and coffee shops. Sales executives tend to propose familiar restaurants or coffee shops that are in the vicinity of the client s office or home. Sales executives also tend to propose restaurants from a group that they frequently visit for better customer service. Mogo mobile gives you the option to save your favorite restaurants and coffee shops into the My Meeting Places address group. The app will then propose these restaurants and coffee shops in addition to provide the addresses available on a contact record. Click Choose Click Add to add a new place to My Places 14
Adding a Restaurant to places You just added Brickside Grill to My Places. This address will appear in the places field when I click the Choose button when setting up a visit. Likewise, you can add restaurants and coffee shops that are frequently visited with into My Places so that you don t have to search for the address each time you setup a lunch or coffee meet. 15
One click dial setup This is a one click dial setup with the work phone of the contact defaulted into the dial field. Click the arrow to choose a different dial # or choose a conference call number if your are setting up a conference call. All this happens by clicking Dial in the contact record. Click the arrow next to the current invitee to choose to add other invitees. 16

Integration Dials and Visits are synchronized with iphone/android calendars. Dials and Visits will appear in the SAP CRM calendar if you set up integration between SAP CRM and your email system (MS Exchange, Lotus notes, Google Apps, etc.) Inbound and Outbound calls are synchronized from the devices to SAP CRM via cloud servers as inbound and outbound call activities Leads and Opportunities are synchronized from the devices to SAP CRM via cloud servers Delta synchronization is available between SAP CRM and devices via cloud servers 23
