All those Candidates who had taken admission in first and second counseling and wants to cancel the admission, must fill the Admission Cancellation Form available at end of the this document and submit it after signed /seal by authorized person of concerned department to Computer Lab. 2 at IIPS, DAVV, Takshashila Campus, Khandwa Road, Indore by 8 th August, 2015. 2. After the cancellation, candidate can collect his/her document from the concerned department. Deposited fee will be refunded by deducting Rs. 1000/- after the official procedure. The candidate fails to cancel his/ her admission on or before 08 th August, 2015, only caution money will be refunded. Deposited fee will be refunded by December, 2015 after official procedure. Process for Third Counseling against vacant seats: 1. All registered Candidates, who want to appear in, have to apply online at www.davvcet.in. 2. Candidates registered for first and second counselling are also required to apply again on online at www.davvcet.in to appear in third counselling by 9 th August, 2015. Only registered candidates can apply for. 3. Candidates could not register for first and second counseling, may register on www.mponline.gov.in from 05.08.2015 to 08.08.2015. To appear in they have to apply online on www.davvcet.in on or before 09.208.2015. Only registered candidates can apply for. 4. Already admitted candidates should also apply on www.davvcet.in, bring only allotment letter and fee receipt of first/ second counselling if they seek to upgrade/ change their course). 5. Details of the vacant seats for the will be available on university website after 6 th August 2015 which will be further updated on 10 th August 2015. Status of seats may vary at the time of counselling. 6. Candidates who want to take admission in M.Com. (Bank Management), M.Com. (Account and Financial Control) in School of Commerce, Bachelor of Journalism (BJ), MA (Mass Communication) in School of Journalism & Mass Communication and MBA (Disaster Management), MBA (Hospital Administration) in Institute of Management Studies may apply directly to Concerned Departments by 10 th August 2015. Non-CET candidates can also apply for these courses in prescribed proforma along with a DD of Rs. 1000/- in favour of Registrar (Self Finance) Others, payable at Indore. Decision of the Counseling Committee will be final and binding. All legal disputes shall be limited to Indore Jurisdiction only. 2.) Age limit: As per the government rules the upper age limit for male candidates for admission to undergraduate courses is 23 years whereas for postgraduate degree courses it is 28 years as on July 01, 2015. A relaxation of three years in upper age limit for SC / ST / OBC and physically handicapped candidate shall be provided for the applicants of Madhya Pradesh only. For candidate belonging to physically challenged category upper age limit for admission to Graduate and Post Graduate courses will be 30 and 35 years, respectively as on July 01, 2015. There is no upper age limit for females, MBA (HA 2 years) and LLM candidates. For B. Pharm. course candidate should complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission. For B.A. LLB course age limit will be as per M.P. Govt./B.C.I. norms. 4. If hostel accommodation is required, candidate can apply to the Chief Warden through the Hostel Fee: respective Director/Head after admission. (i) Approx. Rs.15000/- per year excluding mess charges.
